Pour le travail ou les loisirs et l'hospitalitĂ© TX Ă  son meilleur. La suite dispose d'un coin salon confortable, d'un bureau, d'une cheminĂ©e, d'un lit queen-size avec des draps luxueux, d'un petit-dĂ©jeuner continental / d'un bar Ă  cafĂ© / et de nombreux cadeaux. GRANDE salle de bain sur mesure avec douche spa et tout le nĂ©cessaire. Ventilateurs de plafond et ameublement confortable. Laveuse / sĂ©cheuse disponible dans «espace commun». Il s'agit d'un bungalow de vente par correspondance de 1923, mais a Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  jour avec toutes les commoditĂ©s modernes. Le look est rustique / Ă©lĂ©gant, TX Hill Country, avec une touche de romance! Grand parking privĂ©, entourĂ© de belles plantes et d'arbres ombragĂ©s. Chaque suite a sa propre entrĂ©e privĂ©e et chacune a accĂšs Ă  un trĂšs beau porche couvert / coin salon pour le cafĂ© du matin et la dĂ©tente du soir. La propriĂ©tĂ© est trĂšs proche du centre-ville - en fait Ă  distance de marche des restaurants, brasseries, pharmacie, palais de justice, thĂ©Ăątre Cailloux, plusieurs Ă©glises, trĂšs proche de notre magnifique parcours de golf municipal, du stade du lycĂ©e, ainsi que des hĂŽpitaux VA, Peterson et State , Schreiner College est juste en bas de la route, la riviĂšre Guadalupe et le sentier pĂ©destre de 5 miles sont trĂšs proches et notre liste pourrait continuer encore et encore !! Kerrville est un endroit idĂ©al pour les motocyclistes, les cyclistes, les amateurs de vieilles voitures - TXHighway 39 longe la riviĂšre Guadalupe supĂ©rieure, nous ne sommes pas en fait sur TX 39 MAIS nous servons de grand point de rassemblement pour le reste du Hill Country, peu importe la direction dans laquelle vous choisissez d'aller. Nous sommes Ă  proximitĂ© de Bandera, Leaky, Lost Maples State Park, Medina, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Sisterdale, Boerne, les sentiers «Three Twisted Sister», etc. Vous pouvez mĂȘme faire une excursion d'une journĂ©e dans certains des vignobles, brasseries et distilleries Ă  proximitĂ© - ou demander Ă  une limousine de venir vous chercher et de vous dĂ©poser juste devant notre porte d'entrĂ©e. VENEZ PROFITER DE VOUS-MÊME - nous serions ravis que vous restiez dans notre petit BnB pittoresque!

This accomodation was amazing! I can't even list all the little details that the owner had made available that really made the rooms comfortable and adorable. I have no problem recommending this property to others coming to te Kerrville area. The ONLY thing that was awkward was the thermostat, but I found it and figured it out. Thanks, Clair!

So quaint and lovely. Every amenity was considered and available. The Host was so thoughtful and let us know we could check in early and shared a brief history of the property. She was wonderful. The location is walking distance from downtown.

Oasis in the Hill Country

This beautiful property is exactly as you see online. The owner has done a wonderful job with these bungalows and all the appointments. The host is extremely personal in greeting you and making you feel at home. This is the only place we will stay in the Hill Country. It is a 10 out a 10 in every way. We have met the dearest, most wonderful guests/friends, a person could ever hope or dream for, by owning and operating our BnB‌When we initially purchased this 1927 Bungalow (we think a Sears Roebuck catalog one) it was to be our office! We remodeled it at that time for that sole purpose and used it for several years! Then our daughter suggested turning it into a BnB - so here we go remodeling it again!
But that has been the very best decision we made, we have had the privilege of being able to meet the most interesting people from all walks of life and hope to do so for many years😉

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

As I mentioned earlier - this was initially purchased to be our office. But after a few years, things changed. The property is actually are part of a whole block, with 3 sides facing a street and we put in a private parking lot. Also we are situated just a few blocks from downtown - so very, very convent to most everything (restaurants, the Calioux, breweries, coffee shops, municipal golf course, River walk and much, much more)
Since we do have 2 corners, there is traffic noise when you are outside, but when you are inside it’s very muffled and the atmosphere is cozy/comfy!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Kerrville is a great base for the motorcyclists, bicyclists, old car buffs, wine and beer enthusiasts, ‘River rats’ (the Guadalupe River offers such an array of wonderful activities - boating, tubing, swimming, 5 mile river walking path, kiaking, etc.). Tx Highway 39 hugs the Upper Guadalupe River, we are not actually on TX39 BUT we can serve as a great staging ploint for the rest of the TX Hill Country, no matter which direction you decide to go! We are close to Bandera (the Cowboy Capital of TX), San Antonio (with its popular River Walk, The Alamo, many old Missonary’s, etc), Boerne, Fredericksburg (an amazing old German town with more shopping than you can do in a day), Luckenbach (Willie Nelson played here, outdoor seating, singing, good food and roosters in the trees), Lost Maples State Park (beautiful hiking), Medina; Comfort and Ingram (both great if you like antiques), Ingram is an ‘artists delight’ and also offers outdoor summer plays; looking for an absolutely beautiful drive - high natural rock walls and flowing creek for miles an miles, just follow along the Hunt road!), the ‘Three Twisted Sisters’ (motorcyclists love these three uniquely beautiful twisted roads), There is so much to keep you occupied in our area, we are close to so much and in such a diverse area. Plus, we have so many wineries popping up (they say we are going to be the second Napa Valley), also many breweries and a few distilleries - there are limo’s that will pick you up and drop you back off, right at the BnB’s front door. This property is close to downtown - so within walking distance you can go to restaurants, breweries, dive bars, clubs, The Cailloux Theatre, multiple churches, drug store, etc, And close driving distance is Schreiner College, our beautiful municipal golf course, the VA, Peterson and State hospitals, the list could go on and on. You will just have to come visit our beautiful Texas Hill Country to see for yourself - promise not to steer you wrong!
