Villa Guillo

Nestled among mountains and centuries-old olive trees, we find this beautiful house, over 300 years old, which has been tastefully and characterfully restored, preserving the traditional style but including some modern touches.

The two-story house features rustic-style decor and furnishings, as well as other traditional elements such as exposed stone walls, wooden beams, terracotta floors, etc.

Antique wooden doors lead into the house, which opens into a spacious dining room. A few steps connect the dining room to a small, fully equipped living room with Wi-Fi, TV, and DVD player. Beyond the living room is the kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The washing machine is located in a small utility room just behind the house. A separate living room with stone walls, a fireplace, and a shower room complete the ground floor of the house.

A wooden staircase leads to the master bedroom, which features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This room has wooden floors and beautiful mountain views.

A second staircase leads to the rest of the rooms (two double rooms and one twin room) which share two bathrooms, one complete with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The pool has steps for easier access and is surrounded by terraces furnished with outdoor furniture.
