This home stands out from many others at the `t Broeckhuys holiday park thanks to its more spacious ground floor. From families to groups of friends, everyone can enjoy a wonderful stay in this quietly located home on the edge of the park. Unobstructed views and a beautiful, spacious, fenced-in garden make for a pleasant and safe stay. You can also use the freestanding sauna in the garden. For children, there is a wagon, a board game, and a basket full of toys.

The recently renovated holiday home features a spacious living room with a sitting area, Google TV, a work nook, and a wood-burning stove. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, large refrigerator, and a freezer.
Downstairs, there is also a separate toilet and a small but luxurious bathroom with a large sink, heated mirror, electric heater (in addition to underfloor heating), and a wonderful rain/massage shower.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a king-size bed (which can be separated if desired) with a second single bed next to it.
The second bedroom has three single beds, two of which can be pushed together to form a double bed. The third bed is in a corner that can be separated from the other two beds with a curtain, if desired.
The upper floor also has a bathroom with a sink.
In addition, there is a washing machine and dryer, as well as a high chair, a baby bathtub, and a travel cot for small children.
The entire ground floor is equipped with radiant floor heating.

With the exception of a single private closet, the entire home is available for guests’ use

Ideally, the home is best suited for 5 people. A sixth person is possible as an option, but in that case, 3 people will sleep in each of the two bedrooms.
You have the option to bring your own bed linens and towels or to rent them for 25 euros per person
- Please keep in mind that this is a holiday park and neighbors may be disturbed by loud music and/or raised voices. Please do not make noise after 10:00 p.m.

- One car can be parked at the house. Any additional cars can be parked for free in the holiday park’s general car park

- Only recreational stays are permitted; work-related stays are not allowed
