Elvira's Corner, a Home in Madeira

Cantinho da Elvira is a city apartment ideal for two people.

The apartment is 64 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2.0 m), a living room with a dining table and two sofas, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible by lift and stairs.

The apartment is equipped with a fridge and freezer, washing machine, stove, oven and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international channels, among other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.



REMARKS

Cleaning is done before arrival and there is a weekly cleaning service, which includes changing bed linen and towels.

Due to the island's climate, insects may appear unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food scraps and keep food well packaged.

People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use repellent when travelling around the island.



LOCATION

The apartment is located in a quiet street close to the city centre, 300 m from the Town Hall and 750 m from Mercado dos Lavradores. The Old Town, Funchal Marina and seafront are less than 15 minutes away on foot.

Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.

Although a car is not necessary, there are two public car parks 170 m from the building. Free parking possible at night and weekends in nearby streets.

The Aerobus stop is at 850 m. There are bus stops 180 m away and by car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.



CONDITIONS

1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.

5. Any malfunctions, incidents or faults in the initial cleaning must be reported as soon as they are detected so that they can be checked and addressed in a timely manner during the stay. Issues reported late for the sole purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.

6. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
