Charming holiday villa in Montferrutx, situated in a very quiet area surrounded by nature, just a few minutes from the sea. It is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends, with beautiful views of the forest, mountains and sea.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the main floor, there is a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace and direct access to a large rear terrace with a porch, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped independent kitchen with access to the terrace, and a small laundry room. The garage is also accessible from inside the house.

Upstairs, there is a pleasant living room with access to an outdoor terrace offering incredible views. There are also two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

The house features several terraces and a spacious backyard perfect for enjoying the outdoors. For families with children, there's also a trampoline outside for them to play and have fun.

For greater comfort throughout the year, the house has air conditioning in all rooms .
