Welcome to Palazzo Guest House, your private escape in Leland, North Carolina. This two-story guest house offers comfort, privacy, and a memorable stay for families and small groups looking to relax in a unique setting.

With a spacious, elegant layout, the property combines comfortable indoor spaces with outdoor areas for relaxing and gathering. Guests can enjoy the pool, pavilion, outdoor kitchen, and entertainment area, plus views of our farm animals, adding authentic charm to the stay.

The house features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with room for 10 guests for an additional fee.

Each bedroom is equipped with a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, and seating or workspace for added comfort. The primary suite includes a private bathroom, a large closet, and a balcony overlooking the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining and living areas offer comfortable spaces to gather, relax, or spend time with family.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire guest house and full access to the indoor spaces.

The property is located on a larger estate, so some outdoor areas are shared with other spaces on the property. However, guests are welcome to comfortably enjoy the pool, pavilion, outdoor kitchen, grill, gym, laundry area, and outdoor bathroom during their stay.

We fully respect your privacy, but we will be available if you need anything during your stay.

We also welcome small family gatherings, dinners, and special occasions, as long as they are communicated in advance. Parties are not allowed.

The property offers a unique experience that combines comfort, relaxation, and a special farm-style atmosphere. Additional features include:

Pool available year-round, not heated.

Signed pool waiver required before check-in.

Complimentary amenities such as coffee, tea, water, condiments, and household essentials.

Private gym with basic exercise equipment.

Please also keep in mind that the natural sounds of our animals, such as roosters and peacocks, are part of the experience. For this reason, we suggest bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. Guests may view the animals from the pavilion, but direct access to animal areas is restricted for safety.

Important: smoking, vaping, marijuana, and all tobacco products are strictly prohibited inside the house. If there is evidence of smoking inside the property, an additional cleaning and deodorizing charge will be added to the reservation.
