This spacious two-story guesthouse features 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 8 guests, with up to 10 guests allowed for an additional fee. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with upscale king-size mattresses, TVs, ceiling fans, and dedicated seating or workspace for both relaxation and convenience.

You’ll be staying in a completely private and spacious two-story guesthouse, with full access to all indoor areas exclusively for you.

It’s located on a shared property, but the owners live separately on the opposite side, allowing you to enjoy your stay with privacy and comfort.

Outdoor amenities like the pool and outdoor kitchen are shared, but designed for guests to enjoy comfortably during their stay.

Safari Suite (Primary Bedroom) offers a true retreat with a king bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, walk-in closet, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. It also includes a pullout sofa bed ( 55"x70" full size bed ), creating additional flexibility for larger groups.

Ocean Room and Peacock Room each feature king beds, elegant furnishings, and inviting, well-appointed spaces.

Throughout the home, guests will find carefully curated details including luggage racks, hampers, pool towels, premium linens, bedside charging stations with night lights, and thoughtful essentials to enhance your stay. All bathrooms are fully stocked with quality towels, toiletries, and hair dryers for a comfortable, hotel-like experience.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for both everyday meals and entertaining, featuring a large sit-down counter with four stools, abundant cabinetry, and premium appliances including a double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, Instapot, blender, toaster and more. Guests can enjoy a full coffee station with Keurig machines, electric kettle, milk frother, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and all essentials provided.

The dining area seats six and is complemented by a cozy fireplace, creating a warm and inviting space to gather.

The living room offers a large sectional, smart TV, and a variety of entertainment including board games, puzzles, reading & activity books, and family-friendly activities/games for outside. A queen-size air mattress is also available and comes provided with blankets and pillows, perfect for additional guests.

Step outside to the highlight of the property—your private outdoor oasis. Relax by the pool, unwind on sun loungers, or gather at the spacious pavilion dining table seating up to 12, with additional patio seating for 7. The outdoor kitchen and grill create the perfect setting for elevated dining and memorable gatherings, while the nearby viewing area offers a unique glimpse of our estate animals, including peacocks, chickens, ducks, and turkeys.

Additional amenities include an outdoor bathroom with laundry area (washer, dryer, and supplies provided) and a private gym equipped with a treadmill, bicycle, stepper, and exercise accessories.

Parking accommodates up to 8–10 vehicles.

Guests may view our animals from the pavilion; however, access to animal areas is restricted for your safety and the wellbeing of our animals. Our estate animals including peacocks and roosters are naturally vocal and add a lively, authentic character to the Palazzo Guest House experience.

We respect your privacy while remaining available as needed. We welcome small family gatherings, dinners, and special occasions, please communicate in advance so we can best accommodate your plans.

While gatherings are welcome, parties are not permitted.

Unregistered guests may visit but are not allowed overnight or to use the pool or the gym. Clear communication ensures a seamless and elevated stay.
