Set in the heart of Cornwall’s coastal countryside, this former apple store is an excellent base for a fun-filled break for groups of 12 friends or family. You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches – Crantock, Holywell, Polly Joke, and Porth are all close by, boasting golden sands, sea views, and plenty of space to relax or play. 4 miles away, Newquay is a must-visit for beach lovers and surfers alike. Head to Fistral Beach for a surf lesson or to watch the action from the comfort of the sand. In town, explore a wide range of restaurants, from casual bites to fine dining experiences. For a true taste of Cornwall, foodie haven Padstow is 15 miles away. Take a trip to Truro (10 miles) for boutique shopping, cafes, and a show at the Hall for Cornwall. Don’t miss a visit to the National Trust’s Trerice (1 mile) or the world-famous Eden Project, 19 miles from home.

Set across the courtyard from the main house, the property enjoys its own private garden and a sheltered decking area for morning coffees, lazy afternoons in the sun, or sizzling up something delicious on the BBQ. Younger guests can run off steam on the lawn or play a game of tennis on the shared court. Ample private parking is provided.
