Casa Tabaibo – With stunning view and jacuzzi

Casa Tabaibo is a spacious and comfortable two-storey villa in Santo António, Funchal, designed for a practical, welcoming stay with excellent privacy—ideal for families or groups. The lower floor features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dining room, guest WC, and a bright living room with access to the outdoor area. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms (two with double beds, two with twin beds), each with a private bathroom (three showers, one bathtub). Amenities include a barbecue, outdoor jacuzzi, and private parking. The villa is above the An Island Apart office for easy support.

Located in a quiet, elevated residential area with stunning views over Funchal, Casa Tabaibo offers easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and is just minutes from central Funchal and Madeira’s main attractions. Transfer from the airport can be arranged, and there is a bus stop 2 minutes away. Guests have access to all areas of the property.

We are always available to assist and provide an app with property and local information. All guests must present valid ID, and check-in must be scheduled in advance. Bed linen, towels, and baby amenities are available on request. The property is equipped with safety features.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper with this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night (from 13 years old), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person, per stay). The payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in: from 16:00. Early check-in subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 10:00. Late check-out subject to availability and payment of a fee.

By confirming the reservation, the guest accepts the house rules and accommodation conditions.
