around the pool. The main house comprises 3 bedrooms with high beamed
ceilings, 2 family bathrooms, lounge with sofas and dining table, fully
equipped kitchen, shaded veranda at the rear.The smaller poolside
building houses an outdoor lounge area with adjoining shaded dining
area, additional shower room, huge air conditioned kitchen with dining
table: a true heaven for professional or inexperienced chefs.The
private swimming pool is fully tiled with mosaic and attracts sun all
day long. Being the villa located within a private estate, there are no
neighbours overlooking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
