The lovely house, built in Majorcan style, is quietly located in an exclusive residential area of Can Picafort. Suitable for 6 adults and 2 small children. Pool, lawn, 6 chairs, BBQ, 3 terraces, outside lounge, satellite TV, WiFi, additional outdoor kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 children's room. Absolutely children's friendly; cots and chairs, even strollers and car seats available. Solid wimming pool fance available (installed on request). This private home is well divided and luxuriously furnished.
The house has oil central heating as well as a fireside and is therefore suitable for winter or long term rental as well.

Can Picafort is a small village with many bars, cafes, restaurants, small shops and a long boulevard for relaxed walks.

A beautiful beach provides many touristic attractions like beach bars, water sports and sunbeds. In the other direction you can find a quiet, idyllic beach within a protected nature ressort. On dedicated places pine trees or palms provide natural shadow.
