VillaMore is pleased to present Villa Cala degli Ulivi, a contemporary two-storey residence set amid a patchwork of olive groves and fragrant Mediterranean vegetation, enjoying a tranquil position with sea views.

Designed in a modern and functional style, the property opens into a spacious and light-filled living area, where a large sliding glass door leads directly onto a sea-view veranda furnished with a dining table and chairs, ideal for relaxed outdoor meals. The ground floor hosts the main sleeping quarters, comprising one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and an additional bathroom with WC and basin. An external staircase leads to the upper level, where a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom opens onto a private terrace with lovely sea views. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.

To the side of the house lies the outdoor solarium area, centred around a private swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 metres. This space is complemented by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a shaded gazebo featuring a worktop, basin, and gas barbecue, creating a comfortable setting for long summer days. A supermarket is located approximately 1 km away, while the popular public beach of Guidaloca Bay can be reached in around 3 km. The villa’s location also allows guests to access several local attractions on foot.

Air conditioning, heating, internet access, open-air parking, bed linen, and towels are included in the rental price, with linen and towel changes provided every seven days. Final cleaning is charged at €200.00 per booking, payable in cash on arrival. Late arrivals outside the scheduled check-in time incur a €50.00 fee. A baby high chair and cot or crib are available on request at €15.00 per booking each, while extra towel sets can be provided at €5.00 per person. A refundable security deposit of €300.00 is required, secured by credit card hold and payable on arrival.
