Akward position

The position was not what declared by the owner! The correct one is via delle ostriche, a very narrow street and with a hugh slope and in the middle of "nothing". In 150 mt you reach the main street (SS187) not the Beach. It's an independent apartment inside the building where the owner lives so it's not a villa as well! The swimming pool was clean and useful. The owner positive and available. In summary, at the requested fare, from my Point of view, it is to avoid. Emanuele

Sono molto dispiaciuto per questa recenzione. Con il Signor Emanuele ci siamo spiegati a fine soggiorno , pensando che fosse finiti lì,avendo chiesto addirittura pure a sui figli di stringermi la mano per salutarmi ,cosa che non avrebbe fatto se non ci fossimo chiariti (detto da lui). Comunque ,accetto anche questo tipo di testimonianza, a prescindere che non sono d'accordo e guardando le altre recenzioni, potrete vedere anche voi stessi e valutare. Auguro al Signor Emanuele e alla sua splendida famiglia un miglior soggiorno per la loro prossima vacanza . COmfortable home in great location

We arrived Palermo airport & set off for Alcamo Marina to meet Jesmin & get to the house. Easy ride along main highway. House clean & ready for our arrival. BIG hill to drive car up & in the secure parking area but recommend not to get a stickshift :) Everything as described & in pictures w peaceful surroundings and lovely breezes, early morning light on porch. Kids stayed in small annex, which isnt part of the main house, but a few steps across the patio.. has double bed & bunk beds in 1 room w beautiful bathrm. Pool a real joy for kids even w beach walking distance, could swim whenever we wanted. Beach is a downhill walk, no beach chairs or anything in the house so bring mats or big sheets w you. Beautiful sandy beach, one of the few we visited not rocks or pebbles. Owner Angelo & his sons very responsive to questions about how things work, or if not working well. We had no issues w anything. I will say, there are no screens on the windows which is common for Sicily but makes for some disrupted sleep w mosquitoes.. I recommend bring SKinSOSOft or other bug repellant for your comfort. Market is walk down the hill to the villa, as is excellent restaurant Sunshine, right on the beach (head left, go past the roundabout, cross the tracks and you're there.. you can't miss the sign). Very close to major roads for sight seeing, and easy ride to Castellammare, fabulous town just a few miles west. Alcamo town is inland about 5 km. We were told by Jesmin about a festa there the weekend we arrived, what a fun evening! Beautiful town, had it not been Festa, would've loved to walk about and see more of it. Excellent bakery & some good restaurants on the main street of the cathedral there. House is well equipped w most things one needs on vacation, pots, dishes, glasses, good sized fridge. No d/w or microwave. Washer works great, made for bringing less clothing;there is a dryer rack on the porch to sundry clothes. Beds & bedding were very clean & comfortable. You provide your own necessities after 1st rolls of toilet paper, including dish detergent, paper towels, soap for laundry. Checking out was a breeze w prompt return of our deposit. There is a concern for folks who have trouble walking, not just w this home, but most of Sicily.. there are HILLS and STAIRS everywhere it seems. I am not sure this would be a great place for someone who needs assistance, walker, wheelchair, etc. Otherwise be ready for a good workout, it is worth it.

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr schnell und komplikationslos. Mauro war sehr hilfreich. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und für die Erkundung von Westsizilien gut positioniert. Es liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Sehr positiv ist, dass für jedes Schlafzimmer ein Badezimmer vorhanden ist. Schön gestaltete Außenanlage und den Meerblick gibt es auch dazu.Ohne wenn und aber empfehlenswert.

"La nostra vacanza quasi primaverile è finita ma abbiamo ancora negli occhi i colori della Sicilia. Siamo riusciti a fare anche un bagno in piscina nonostante ci fossero 22 gradi. Non potevamo scegliere alloggio migliore, per la sua posizione estremamente tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione,per la vista mare, per la pulizia degli ambienti, e per tutto quell''insieme di cose che ti fanno sentire come a casa. Vacanza stupenda

Abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni dal 13 al 27 agosto; la casa è molto bella, comoda, pulita e impreziosita dalla piscina privata. La posizione è strategica, zona tranquilla ma nello stesso tempo vicino ai posti più belli della zona. Was für ein wunderschönen Urlaub!

Die Villa Oleandro Nest ist ruhig gelegen und bietet reichlich Platz um seine Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Betten sind sauber und gemütlich. Die Küche ist sehr groß und lässt keine wünsche offen um ein leckeres Abendessen zu zaubern . Wenn ihr eine schöne Villa sucht um die Schönheit Siziliens zu entdecken, dann ist hier der richtige Ort .

Exceptional!!!!!!!

The apartment we rented was so lovely, with an ocean view and airconditioning. Angelo's son Dario was so lovely to us and came and picked us up when we couldn't find the place. Dario was also very helpful whenever we had a problem! I would highly recommend this place, and when you go try the "traditional Sicilian Seafood Menu" that the family prepares for you, it was incredible! Thank you so much Dario and Angelo, and the rest of the family!

excellentes vacances

Cette villa est magnifique non seulement à l'extérieur mais également à l'intérieur, on s'y sent immédiatement très bien. La piscine est délicieuse et ensoleillée toute la journée. Notre accueil s'est fait par Angelo qui est très disponible ainsi que le propriétaire joignable immédiatement. Le cadre est idyllique, bref des vacances paradisiaques. N'hésitez pas.

Siamo una famila de la svizzera è abbiamo fatto una settimana di vacanze en questa villa molto pulito con una terazza e giardino grande con vista al mare. Il prorietario della casa molto gentile è servizievole. La città ci ha piacuto molto perque no parecia tan turistico. La piscina molto pulita bellisima e tranquilla Peccato que la settimana se fue molto veloce pero speriamo di ritornare un giorno. La casa è di consigliare .

Sono tutte ....menzogne il mare è a 150 metri BOLLATI GUARDATE MAPS GOOGLE E LE MIE RECENZIONI E VEDRETE la cucina è completa,NON MANCA NIENTE hanno lasciato la casa sporchissima e il problema di internet puttroppo è stato un disservizio dell'operatore visto il maltempo. Guardate le altre recenzioni e vedrete. Partivano di sera e la mia cortesia per non buttarli fuori è stata dargli un 'altro appartamento nella mia struttura GRATIS che per un giorno l'hanno lasciato sporchissimo, nonostante i sorrisi che facevano è questa è la gratitudine....NON CONSIGLIATI

VERY BEAUTIFUL

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem wirklich schönen Ferienhaus. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird ein sagenhafter Ausblick aufs Meer, toll angelegter Garten, super Terasse mit Grill und auch von Lage ideal 1 Stunde bis Trapani und 1 Stunde bis nach Palermo. Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank an die netten Besitzer es war eine wirklich schöne Woche.

CONSIGLIATA SPLENDIDA VACANZA

Quest'anno alla fine ho scelto bene, i posti sono splendidi, c''è molto da vedere. La villetta è molto carina, ben tenuta e dotata di tutte le attrezzature necessarie (piscina compresa, che vi troverete ad utilizzare più di quanto vi sareste aspettati) . L''ambiente è tranquillo e rilassante; la posizione è strategica per chi intende visitare le bellissime spiagge e calette della riserva e per le escursioni verso le zone di interesse archeologiche (Castellammare del golfo Alcamo Agrigento, Selinunte i faraglioni di Scopello San Vito lo capo Trapani Palermo ecc.). E'' indispensabile l''auto o una moto . La spiaggia sotto casa è molto grande e bella . Da segnalare anche la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari. Molto soddisfatto.

Famiglia attenta alle dotazioni e la pulizia della villa e nello stesso tempo rispettosi della casa.

Nous avons tout apprécié...

Acceuil chaleureux, propreté excellente, Maison récente, piscine privative, bon point de départ pour visiter la région, proximité d''une réserve naturelle avec plages sympa. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants.

OTTIMA VACANZA E SPLENDIDA VILLA

Special house, very comfortable. Very good location, quiet stay, good sleep, fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner with seaview. Location is very nice for quick trips to various beaches, natural spots and also historical places Alcamo marina e gulf Castellammare . Place is unique, because area is beautiful but quiet and not too touristy. I believe there are very few places like that in the whole Mediterranean region. Owner Angelo is real friend! His attitude to guests is never simply commercial. Kind attention, friendly and useful advice and real hospitality is part of living in this house.
