This wonderful and elegant three level townhome with elevator provides superb accommodations for a family, couples traveling together or multi family reunions. It sleeps 15 people! The townhome never feels crowded due to the spaciousness!

The townhome is approximately 200 yards to the closest beach access, across the street from the beach. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The townhome has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

It offers a wood burning fireplace in the living area to make it cozy on those rare cooler nights, beautiful bamboo floors, high ceilings throughout, and a private elevator with access to all floors. What an asset getting all those groceries up to the top floor! The elevator and first floor shower make this house wheelchair accessible which is a huge bonus!

This home is designed with elegance and luxury in mind and has so many wonderful features! It is equipped with all the technology you would expect: wide screen HD Smart TV's in the living room, den, and master bedroom. Plus, flat screen TV's are in all bedrooms.

The first floor consists of two bedrooms with large walk-in closets, full bathroom and the two car parking garage. For an added comvenience, there is a coffee bar located between the two bedrooms.

The first bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Full bed, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. The full bathroom has a vanity and walk-in shower.

The second level consists of three large bedrooms with walk-in closets, en suite luxury marble bathrooms, and flat screen TV's.

The master bedroom, third bedroom, located oceanside is elegantly furnished and has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a HD smart TV. There is also a daybed, and a comfortable chair - just in case you feel the need for some quiet time away from the kids! There is a small balcony to step out and enjoy the ocean breezes! The luxurious en suite marble bathroom features his/hers vanities, glass block shower with a Kohler 9 head system with steam, a towel warmer, and heated bath floor system.

The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. The marble en suite bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combination. Also, there is a small balcony that overlooks the courtyard.

The top floor is an open floor plan and consists of the kitchen, living area, dining area, full size laundry room, powder room, a separate sitting area/den, and balcony.

The gourmet kitchen is stunning with an island counter with 1" thick custom ThinkGlass top. All the appliances are stainless steel; it has a Wolf 5 burner gas stove top, Sharp microwave drawer, Miele dishwasher, Kitchen Aid double convection oven and a Samsung French door refrigerator. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your meals. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for grabbing a quick snack or enjoying your morning coffee.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with table and seating for six.

On the west side of the townhome is another sitting area/den with a sofa, loveseat, futon, and a flat screen TV. There is also a dining table with seating for six that comes in handy as a second seating area for dining.

The living area is bright and spacious with a wraparound leather sofa. This comfortable sofa makes the perfect spot to enjoy the large flat screen TV. An added bonus, is the wood burning fireplace for those cool nights!

The living area opens directly to the balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the ocean view and cool breezes!

Just a few steps to the north, is a very popular restaurant/bar. Enjoy a night away from cooking and walk over for a burger or shrimp basket and enjoy the outdoors on the restaurant's huge deck. There is usually live music nightly, and both kids and adults will enjoy the laid back, fun atmosphere!

This townhome was a two car garage for added security. Parking is also allowed in the driveway closest to the garage door.
