Tramonti. Autonomous and independent, the house is equipped with
accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, outdoor shower hairdryer, TV, mosquito nets, washing machine and electric oven. Pets allowed.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is brand new, the result of a careful and accurate renovation.
In
the outdoor space there is a sitting area where you can spend relaxing
moments outdoors. The covered veranda is furnished as a living room with
kitchen, table and chairs for the dining area.
The interior consists of hallway, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 full shower room. In the back also there is a light well equipped with outdoor shower and washing machine.
Both rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned.

Dune
e Tramonti with its two apartments is located in Campomarino di
Maruggio, a lively seaside resort where all the main services are
present in summer.
The beachfront location allows you to cross the
road to be immediately on the beach, while the center of Campomarino,
with stores, restaurants, bars and services, is just a few minutes` walk
away. The area is quiet but well connected, perfect for a stay under
the banner of relaxation and convenience.
Campomarino di Maruggio
is a lively village on the Ionian coast, washed by crystal clear sea and
with pristine golden beaches and dunes.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
