Welcome to our spacious townhouse on three levels, located within a residence with a shared swimming pool, just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Lake Garda.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and is perfect for large families or groups of friends looking for relaxation, nature, and fun. It is composed of: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living area with direct access to the outside, and 2 terraces, ideal for relaxing with a view of the greenery.



Other Things to Note:

To use the residence's swimming pool, wearing a swim cap is mandatory.



The municipality of Manerba del Garda requires the payment of a tourist tax (from April to September, €1.60 per person per night for guests over 14 years old; from October to March, €0.80 per person per night for guests over 14 years old). This is NOT included in the booking and is collected directly by us.



The kitchen is fully equipped, but by law, we are not allowed to provide food and beverages.



From October to April inclusive, bed linens and towels are NOT provided.
