Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard garden and off road parking for one car with an EV charger payable on the app. A shop lies 0.3 miles away and both a pub and the beach are within 0.2 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. 20 Lym Close provides a well located setting for enjoying Lyme Regis and the wider Dorset coastline.
