Villa Botanica, relax e privacy

Just minutes from Alcamo beach, Villa Botanica offers a peaceful and private setting, ideal for relaxing and enjoying western Sicily. Surrounded by greenery, it features a large Mediterranean garden with a private swimming pool (2x4 m, 1.20 m deep). The two verandas, one at the entrance and one with direct access from the kitchen, allow you to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces for relaxation, al fresco dining, and lunches. Inside, everything is on one level: two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower, as well as an outdoor toilet and shower perfect for the pool area. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Private chefs and culinary experiences are available upon request. Outside, under a wisteria covered pergola, there is a charcoal barbecue. In villa massages are also available. Bars, restaurants, beach clubs, bakeries, and markets are just a few minutes' drive away. The location is ideal for exploring the most fascinating destinations in western Sicily.




Things to keep in mind

For monthly stays, electricity costs are extra, not including sheets and towels.

A security deposit of 400.00 is required to be paid by credit card upon arrival and will be refunded one day after check out.

For stays longer than 30 days, a rental agreement must be signed, free of charge and with no additional costs.

Late check in after 8:00 PM: 30.00, payable in cash upon check in. Identification documents will be required upon arrival.

Tourist tax not included in the price: 1.50 per night for the first 5 nights. Guests under 14 are exempt.

Unheated pool open from April to October. Linens: Sheets and towels are available at an additional cost of 15.00 per person per week.

Pets: Only one small pet is allowed at an additional cost of 70.00 per stay.

A little further afield, you can also reach the famous Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Two have double beds, and the single bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room, separate from the kitchen, is spacious and features a comfortable sofa for watching TV. The eat in kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing meals.
