Garajau Comfort Stay by Atlantic Holiday is a comfortable two-bedroom apartment located in Caniço, Madeira Island, ideal for up to four guests. It is a great choice for couples, families or friends looking for a well-located and functional base to explore the island.



The apartment features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and another with two single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Two bathrooms provide additional convenience: one includes a bathtub and the other a shower. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and hob, as well as cutlery, plates and all essential utensils needed to prepare meals. The living area includes a Smart TV with box service, creating a pleasant space to relax after a day out. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available. For families travelling with babies, a cot and high chair can be provided upon request.



Guests benefit from a private garage parking space. The apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, bakeries, markets and other local facilities. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
