Home located in the golf course of Princess Mundo Imperial hotel. You are able to buy priority day passes to access the hotel and all of its services, prices change constantly. The house has one private pool and communal pool, child swings, tennis and paddle courts. All rooms have independent air conditioning. The 4th room is for service personnel but can be used by guests. Double gated community, 24h security, optimized for pets and the yearly hurricane, new furniture, pictures in each room.
The space
The house is in perfect condition, most of the furniture was replaced after each hurricane. There is a communal pool and a private pool that work perfectly with night illumination. Beach access is open, maid service is included on arrival and departure, it is possible to hire more days. The fourth room is intended for service staff but can be used by guests. The support staff can be asked to cook and do groceries for an extra fee. Hotel priority day pass (Pierre Mundo Imperial) is available for purchase from Friday to Saturday, must buy Sunday in advance. SkyTv service in the living room and master bedroom.
Guest access
The standard check-in time is typically 3:00 PM, while the standard checkout time is usually 11:00 AM.
If there is no conflict with another reservation or the cleaning staff, this can be arranged to fit your needs accordingly without any extra cost.
Other things to note
Early check-in might be available.
Pets are not allowed in any of the pools.
Extra guests have an extra cost, and there is a limit.
No gender reveal parties, unauthorized photo shooting sessions, or filming.
PET RULES
The purpose of this regulation is:
- That the condominium owners, family members and visitors can coexist without discomfort
- That the hygiene conditions of the condominium are not affected.
- To promote a culture of mutual respect among condominium owners and maintain a high quality of life
of the condominium.
- To enforce the common areas and garden assigned for pet area.
1. Rules and Responsibilities
1.1 Condominium owners may have pets as long as they are inside their apartment.
1.2 All pets must be vaccinated according to health requirements.
1.3 It is the obligation and the building management is empowered to report to the competent authorities
any type of pet that is prohibited by law, whether in captivity or
not inside the condominium.
1.4 It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that every pet has its identification on its collar (owner and
phone number).
1.5 The Administration shall maintain an up-to-date list of pets in the condominium. It is
the owner's obligation to report their pet to the administration.
1.6 It is forbidden to remove your pet from the apartment without a leash.
1.7 Pet owners shall be responsible for ensuring that they do not produce excessive noise, in the event that
there is a complaint from a neighbor repeatedly, the committee and administration will decide that the pet be removed
from the condominium.
1.8 Pet owners and/or persons taking pets for walks shall be responsible for picking up
droppings left in the garden designated as a pet area. It is also forbidden to use the
areas of the building for this purpose, otherwise a fine will be applied.
1.9 If a pet soils a neighbor's area and its owner does not clean up, the pet owner is fined.
1.10 If a pet attacks a neighbor, the authorization to continue keeping it inside the building is canceled.
In addition, the pet owner must cover all medical expenses and present the pet's vaccination
for the pet.
1.11 If any kind of pet waste is left in the secondary elevators, it will be subject to
a fine.
1.12 It is strictly forbidden to transport your pet in any Main elevator. If you ignore
this warning, you will be fined.
2. Penalties for Regulations and Fines
2.1 Administrative Penalty: Do not continue to allow the pet to stay in the building.
2.2 Economic Penalty: For the application of fines, this will be 15 to 30 times the value of the Unit of Measurement
and current update.
2.3 The stay of pets will be accepted as long as the noises, barking and bad smells do not
affect any neighbors.
2.4 Cases or situations not provided for in these regulations that warrant being sanctioned, as well as lying,
cheating or evading the rules in order not to comply with them, will be discussed by the committee and its decision will be irrevocable and the
will be applied by the Building Management.
