For art lovers, Deruta is just 15 minutes away. In addition to being one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, it is renowned for its splendid ceramics. 15 minutes from here is Bettona, rich in history, breathtaking views, and perfect for hiking and mountain biking.
At the same distance, Todi will welcome you with its splendid buildings and Piazza del Popolo. The city also hides underground treasures, such as the Roman Cisterns and the Galleries of the Fabbrica della Piana. Perugia is just a 15-minute drive further on. Strolling through its streets, you can admire the main buildings steeped in Etruscan and Roman history and relax in its parks. Don't forget to visit the factory of the renowned Baci Perugina chocolates.
For food and wine lovers, Montefalco, home of Sagrantino di Montefalco and Montefalco Rosso, is only a 30-minute drive away.

The villa is set in the tranquillity of the Umbrian countryside, where the sounds of nature accompany your stay and invite you to relax.
Following the gravel access road, through trees and vineyards, you reach Villa Aura, surrounded by a large garden, enriched with flowers and plants and overlooking the picturesque hilly landscape.
Under the large portico, connected directly to the large indoor dining room, there is an outdoor dining area equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for sharing lunches and dinners in a quiet and private setting.
Down the steps in front of the portico is the panoramic swimming pool, a space designed for refreshment on hot days and relaxing moments in company, without renouncing the tranquillity of the countryside.
The large swimming pool, with a depth of 1.50 m, is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
The property also has parking spaces available for guests.
Villa Aura is a spacious, typical Umbrian villa, immersed in the rural landscape and ideal for large groups who want to spend a holiday enjoying peace and privacy.
The property can accommodate up to 15 people and blends harmoniously into the surrounding natural environment, offering a secluded and well-kept setting.

The villa is on two floors and is divided into five independent apartments.

On the ground floor there are 3 apartments:
- Il Girasole is ideal for 2 people. The entrance opens onto the living area with kitchenette, table, sofa and TV. The hallway leads to the double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
- Il Grano, which can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk, a bathroom with shower and a living area with kitchenette, table, sofa and TV.
- Il Susino, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a living area with kitchenette, table, sofa and TV.

The internal staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find:
- L’Olivo, an apartment for 2 people with a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living area with kitchenette, table, sofa and TV.
- L'Uva, a 4-person apartment with two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub, living area with kitchenette, table, sofa and TV. The apartment also has a private terrace.

On the ground floor, with direct access to the porch equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, there is an annexe dedicated to common areas.
Here there is a large dining room with a large table that can comfortably seat up to 15 guests, a fully equipped industrial kitchen (four-burner hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine) and a bathroom.
Next to the kitchen there is also a laundry area available for guests, with a washing machine and dryer.

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, located in the hallway between the living and sleeping areas, and mosquito nets to ensure comfort throughout your stay.
