It was a really beautiful house, with a great view from the pool. The contact with the host was good, we could contact him when we needed him. Also the pool was cleaned every day!

Il casale è molto grande e ben organizzato. Piscina e porticato con barbecue perfetti. Tre frigoriferi per consentire di raffreddare acqua e quant'altro.Accoglienza e disponibilità di Giuseppe eccezionali.Nei dintorni servizi disponibili e imbarazzo della scelta circa luoghi da visitare.Suggerimenti per la proprietà. Rinnovare rubinetti, doccini e tende bagno sarebbe doveroso. Con le zanzariere si potrebbe aiutare a prevenire l'accesso a ospiti della casa non paganti.Nel complesso un soggiorno riposante in un luogo tranquillo.

Casale bellissimo in posizione comoda per tutti gli spostamenti. Ampi spazi, completa ed accessoriata di tutto. Abbiamo sofferto un po' il caldo di questi giorni ma di notte i ventilatori messi a disposizione ci hanno fatto dormire tranquilli. Bellissima piscina con meraviglia vista su Pontecuti. Eravamo in 9 (con due bimbi) e siamo stati tutti soddisfatti. Grazie mille all'host Giovanni e a Giuseppe che ci è stato di supporto per qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliato per gruppi e famiglie che vogliono godersi questo bellissimo territorio e stare in relax.

Great place to enjoy the Umbrian countryside

Six of us stayed for a week in late May. The house is very comfortable. The seating options were somewhat limited in the living room but we brought in extra chairs from other rooms. The views from poolside are fabulous. Perhaps the best feature of the stay was the property manager, Giuseppe. He is very friendly and quick to respond to questions and provide help and suggestions. He only speaks Italian but we were able to get by with a translation app. And we used WhatsApp for texting which Giuseppe would then translate.

Mooi huis

Wij hebben een prettige tijd gehad. Het huis en de tuin met mooi zwembad zin ruim en prima uitgerust. Beheerders Mariella en Guiseppe waren erg behulpzaam en snel met reageren! Een echte aanrader!

Piacevole soggiorno a due passi da Todi

La casa è in posizione strategica ottimale, vicina a Todi e non distante dalla E45 consente di muoversi e visitare tutta l'area. La casa è ben disposta, fornita in modo completo, ha degli spazi interessanti e una piscina molto bella affacciata sulle colline e sul paese di Pontecuti. Unico neo la vicinanza alla strada comunale, apparentemente poco importante ma in realtà molto usata. Ciò non disturba eccessivamente la casa, ma la rende meno isolata di come noi avremmo desiderato. L'accoglienza di Giuseppe, il co-host, estremamente cordiale e precisa, sempre disponibile. Gentilissimo il proprietario. Unico neo

Superbes vacances en Ombrie.

Une semaine de vacances à 11 avec enfants et petits-enfants. La maison est vaste et confortable. Nous avons apprécie la vaisselle et les batteries de cuisine en quantité, ce qui nous a permis de cuisiner les bons produits de la region. Un beau terrain et une belle piscine. Giuseppe et Mariella entretiennent avec beaucoup de soin la maison, le jardin et la piscine. Ils sont charmants et très serviables. Je recommande pour des vacances en famille.

Great Farm House

Nice large old house with great grounds and amenities. Very close to Todi. Owner and manager are responsive and easy to communicate with. Great for large families. Out door grill, grounds and pool are amazing.

Relax in collina a Natale

Il Casale è bello caldo accogliente. Il proprietario gentile ed il custode altrettanto. Ha degli spazi enormi, due camini meravigliosi ci è stata fornita la legna gratis per poterli attivare, anche se al nostro arrivo la casa era gia calda ed un caminetto acceso. Vicinissimo a Todi dal casale si gode di una vista spettacolare, ci si sveglia con la quiete e la natura. Eravamo in 13 adulti e ragazzi dai 13 ai 22 anni, anche loro sono stati benissimo lontani dal caos cittadino. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare coai come le camere e i bagni. Vorrei ritornarci in estate per poter usufruire della splendida piscina purtroppo coperta e chiusa in inverno. A meno di 10 minuti di macchina enorme supermercato. Strada per arrivare semplice ed asfaltata. Grazie Gianni,Giuseppe e Mariella

Lovely old house in beautiful surroundings

Beautiful views of Umbria. Large old house with a lovely garden and pool - looked after every day by Guiseppi who was very kind and helpful. Lovely Umbrian hill top towns within a short drive. We even braved Rome on the train from Terni. Hot but fabulous. Assisi is not to be missed and Todi is a lovely small town with gorgeous views.

Wonderful house in the Italien countryside

We enjoyed our stay from day one! The house is excellent for a large group of people. The rooms are spread out in the house so everybody can have their privacy. The outdoor seating area is much better than the pictures. The pool is large and cleaned everyday and with s spectacular view. Large grocery stores within 10 minutes drive. We definately want to come back!!!

A memorable and happy stay

The property is full of character and has wonderful views over the valley and towards Pontecuti and Todi. Very friendly owners who speak Italian and very little English but that didn’t matter! A true rustic experience and very peaceful.

Family stay in Pontecuti

Very pleasant stay. We were 3 families with kids and it has been hard to force ourselves to go out and do sightseeing around Umbria, given the nice time we had in the house and it's wonderful garden. The house was fully equipped and the hobby room extremely practical during our rainy day. The person that received us at our arrival was extremely kind and helpful with his advices and availability. I highly recommend this place.

Il casale è il tipico casale umbro, il paesaggio circostante molto piacevole

La persona che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo e disponibile l'unica cosa che aggiungerei alla descrizione del casale è informare della presenza di scale sia per raggiungere la zona giorno che le camere, noi non siamo riusciti ad accendere il secondo camino presente nella zona giorno, forse renderlo funzionale aiuterebbe a scaldare l ' ambiente soprattutto nel primo giorno di permanenza se è un periodo invernale

Soggiorno stupendo.

Location eccezionale situata in posizione strategica per poter visitare le bellezze dell'Umbria. Casale curato in ogni dettaglio. Bellissima piscina con splendida vista su Pontecuti. Importante anche la "sala hobby" che ha consentito a grandi e piccoli di non annoiarsi anche in giornate piovose. Il Signor Giuseppe e la Signora Mariella si prendono cura ogni giorno con grande professionalità e discrezione di ogni dettaglio (pulizia, prato, camere ecc.) garantendoci l'ottimale utilizzo di tutti gli ambienti. In estrema sintesi: stupenda esperienza sicuramente da ripetere al più presto.

Wir haben knapp 2 wundervolle Wochen in dem tollen Haus verbracht und uns sehr gut erholen können. Die Umgebung ist sehr hübsch, Ausflugsziele sind in wenigen Auto-Minuten gelegen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus selber ist gut ausgestattet, bietet viel Platz und hat mit dem Pool ein attraktives Ausstattungsmerkmal, unsere Kinder waren täglich mehrmals dort zu finden. Die Aussicht auf Pontecuti ist malerisch. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!
