Consisting of 2 communicating units, the vacation home offers double accessories such as 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines, 2 TVs, 2 barbecues and 2 outdoor showers.

Il Silenzio del Mare Casa vacanze is part of the homonymous complex, is located along a private road and located in a residential area.
The solution is independent and is located in a spacious, well-kept garden, partly paved and equipped with a relaxation corner.
Around the vacation house there are two pergolas, one in the front part, the other in the back area, both furnished with tables and chairs for lunch and dinner all together, outdoors.
The garden is completed by a solarium area with sun loungers and a Jacuzzi, 2 barbecues for preparing tasty outdoor grills, an outdoor kitchen equipped with an electric oven, and 2 outdoor showers to refresh when returning from the sea.
A large window acts as a trait d`union between the garden and the interior of the vacation home. The living area consists of a kitchen, table and chairs, 1 double sofa bed and 1 pouf bed (folding bed).
Next to it there is 1 triple room with double bed and pouf bed (folding bed). Complement the house 2 shower rooms (one is located in the kitchen area and the other in the sleeping area).
Air conditioning is present in all rooms.

Il Silenzio del Mare Casa vacanze is located in San Foca, marina of Melendugno, about of 1 km from the sea. The seaside resort is well known both for its crystal clear sea and its beautiful accessible beaches, and for the excellent services that have earned it the prestigious Blue Flag award every year.
Just 800 meters from the vacation home are all the main services.
From San Foca you can easily reach other renowned destinations for beach vacations in Salento, such as Torre dell`Orso, Roca and Torre Sant`Andrea.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Excklusive use hot tub available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
