The living room/dining area was an excellent gathering place for the 8 of us. It included a large tv screen on which the basketball lovers among us could watch the NCAA tournament. Having 4 en suite bedroom/bathroom combinations was ideal for us.

Absolutely perfect! We had four adults and each enjoyed our own rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was seamless from booking to check in (and Allan meeting us at the apartment). Highly recommend!

Beautiful place

It was such an amazing place to stay! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The apartment manager was incredibly helpful. It was very safe and comfortable for our family of 7. We highly recommended this place!

The apartment itself was great. The location is a bit noisy with police car sirens constantly going off nearby and other random alarms outside.

In the center of Rome, it can happen to hear police sirens, and especially in October, there were several demonstrations due to the war in Gaza. In any case, the apartment's windows are soundproofed. Our family of eight could not have chosen a better place to stay in Rome. Property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own comfortable bedroom and private bathroom, while the spacious living and dining areas gave us plenty of room to gather as a family. It was the perfect setting to celebrate a special family occasion together in the privacy and comfort of the home. The apartment was impeccably clean. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea, and everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and light meals, including quality appliances and cookware. We especially appreciated the individually controlled air conditioning in each room, allowing everyone to adjust the temperature to their own comfort. The soundproof windows were another huge bonus. The apartment remained wonderfully quiet, making for restful nights after busy days exploring Rome. The location was ideal. Peaceful neighborhood where locals actually live, it offered an authentic Roman experience while still being incredibly convenient. The bus stop and Metro station were just a short walk away, making it quick and easy to reach all of Rome's major attractions without dealing with the crowds and noise of tourist districts. Owner was exceptional. Extremely accommodating. Responded quickly to every question, communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Best place in Rome

This apartment is beautiful! Great location. Walking distance to the Colosseum and Vatican City. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Would recommend this place for anyone. There were 4 bedrooms and each one had a bathroom. Fantastic!!

This is a beautiful apartment which the host has thought of everything you might need. Could do with some hooks to hang your wet towels on, bedroom 4 has some but not the other 3. Would definitely recommend the apartment and communication with the host was very good, responded quickly to any question we had. Check in easy.

When in Rome…. Stay here!! Location was magnificent! Host was available and prompt at check in. Also went out of their way at the last minute for travel on departure. This apartment was in an excellent location. Close to shops and resturants. The host communicated throughout and was very responsive to our needs. When we arrived at the airport a car had been arranged for us and we were quickly swept away to this amazing place. Allan ( I dont know if I spelled it correctly) had a bottle of wine chilled for us and showed us all of the amenities of the apartment. It was exactly how it was described with 4 beautiful bedrooms with en suites that was perfect for our family of 6 adults. I highly recommend staying here.

Roman Holiday with Famiky

The place was clean, well appointed, comfortable and stylish. Centrally located so we were able to walk to all attractions within 30 minutes. The host had a bottle of champagne and some fruit waiting for us, and was able to accommodate an early arrival. Allen was very informative and spent a lot of time orienting us and giving us some history of the place. Fidia was wonderful arranging all of our transfers.

Gorgeous apartment

Last minute we decided that staying in Rome needed to be part of our stay. Alan was our contact and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is brand new and adjacent to Popolo plaza. Restaurants, shopping, monuments, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Vatican ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE!! We 7 adults all had the space needed. Thank you so much!

Great location and very spacious! The location is perfect, within walking distances of most of the major monuments. The apartment is very spacious with lots of rooms. Really liked that every room had its own bathroom. It’s also nice to have a small kitchen. We didn’t cook but the refrigerator and microwave were used and very nice. The only issues we had were that the beds were fairly firm and there were not extra blankets or towels around. The large wooden door that we entered the building through was difficult to unlock. We were locked out of the building for 30 min our first night at 1030 pm until we finally figured out how to jiggle the key just right to get it opened. It was very particular. The elevator in the building is very small and I could not ride it due to claustrophobia. I just took the stairs. So if you have issues with small spaces and climbing stairs this may not be the unit for you. These were all very small and minor things. The apartment worked really well for our family of 7. We loved the space! Oh there is a plaza very close with a taxi station that we used a few times when we were going far so that was super convenient also!

Dear Leslie, thank You for Your review. I'm happy that you liked the location and the apartment! Please let me reply at your other comments: 1) the beds have a new othopedic mattress with a topper. There are duvets in the apartment, just on July the temperature is very hot in Rome, so we only use a ligtht cover for the beds. If you had asked we had provided duvets. As it's written in the first email we sent when you booked, we provide one set of towels per person (3 pieces), extra sets are on demand. 2) This unit is inside an historical building. Several buildings in central Rome don't have an elevator at all, so we are glad to have one, even if small. If you suffer of claustrophobia sure you should not use the lift, luckily our place is at the 2nd floor. 3) We have also another unit in the building that we rent since 2015 and nobody reported that had difficulty to open the front door of the building. 4) If you had asked anything to us during Your stay, we would had helped you, but we read only on the review your comments. Thanks again for Your stay and review.
