Loverly and well equipped Cottage. Thoughtful extras that we were not expecting made it home away from home. Location is excellent with a pub, chip shop, and a convenience store on your doorstep. And Rutland water & Country Park less than 10 minutes drive. Would definitely come back

Lovely weekend stay in Plum Cottage, Cottesmore

The property has been beautifully decorated and equipped very tastefully. The owner John and Jess their agent have been a delight to deal with from the start of the booking process to the end of our arranged check out. The location of the cottage is perfect for exploring Rutland and very convenient for local walks, village shop (inc post office), chip shop and The Sun Inn (lovely friendly pub with excellent food).

Cottage really excellent. Everything perfect.Would recommend.Only improvement-Garden gate needs to be more secure so dogs cannot get onto road. And maybe a sunshade or pergola in garden would make it even more perfect

Wonderful cottage - high quality - lovely welcome gifts.

We loved us stay here, it was my sister-in-law and I just taken a few days away to relax catch up and chat. This couldn’t have been more perfect, a beautiful cottage with a stunning interior comfy beds and sofa a lovely open fire. The welcome gifts were really appreciated, the muesli was to die for as was the bread. Loved the roll top bath On The beautifully decorated bedrooms with high-quality bedding and great pillows. Great communication from the host.
