Finally, on the upper floor is a rooftop terrace with sun loungers for sunbathing and sitting area under the shade gazebo and relaxing rocking chair.

The ground floor leads into a spacious living room furnished with a well-equipped and air-conditioned eat-in kitchen, as well as 1 double sofa bed.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area on this floor, which consists of 2 double bedrooms, both air-conditioned and with external access, and 1 shower room.
On the upper floor, accessible by external stairs, is a small outbuilding with shower room, furnished with 1 double sofa bed, kitchenette with induction hob and mini fridge, air conditioning and TV.
