Located along a row of recently built modern townhouses, Villetta Fico d`India is a charming vacation home with a shaded veranda furnished for outdoor relaxation.
The entrance courtyard is shared with another house, located on the upper floor.
The interiors are simple and refined, tastefully furnished. The entryway opens into a spacious living room with a single sofa bed and TV, an open kitchen, and a dining area.
Beyond the kitchen, a French door leads to the backyard, which is adorned with plants and furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, and equipped with a barbecue, a small oven, a countertop, and a sink.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed.
Rounding out the interior of Villetta Fico d`India is one bathroom with a shower.

The location is perfect for those who also want to explore the surrounding area: Porto Cesareo is just a 5-minute drive away, as are the beaches of Frascone. The Portoselvaggio Regional Nature Park is a 10-minute drive away, while the town of Nardò is just 15 minutes away.
