Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
Please note that the property is on the top floor with no lift, and it is approximately 7 and a half flights of stairs up on the 5th floor.
Please note that this flat is on the market, so there may be the occasional viewing during your stay. We will always try to provide you with 48 hours’ notice, and we also limit them to 1 or 2 per week. We will offer a £50 goodwill gesture to guests who will have a viewing during their stay.
Please note that due to safety and precautionary reasons, the property is not suitable for children under 10 years old.
Please note that there are strict quiet hours for this property and the surrounding residential street. There must be no noise before 8:30am and after 10pm.
Please note that there is no dryer in this property, but there is a drying rack to dry your clothes.
Please note that the building's rules and regulations do not allow BBQs or open flames on any roof terrace. Please also kindly do not throw any items of litter off the terrace.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
