From its enviable front-row position overlooking the sparkling waters of Torbay, Avocet 2 is a stylish first-floor coastal apartment offering uninterrupted sea views, a spacious private balcony and a prime location within The Cove at Brixham. Designed to make the most of its spectacular setting, this contemporary holiday apartment provides a relaxing seaside retreat for couples and families alike, with single-level accommodation once inside.
Accessed via the coastal boardwalk or a gently sloping paved path from the secure gated car park, the apartment is entered into a bright and welcoming open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. Full-width sliding doors immediately draw the eye to the panoramic sea views and lead directly onto the large private balcony, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The living area is comfortably furnished with two sofas, a footstool and a 32-inch Smart TV with Netflix, making it an inviting space to relax after a day exploring the South Devon coast. The dining area sits alongside the living space and comfortably seats four guests, perfectly positioned to enjoy meals with views across Torbay. The modern open-plan kitchen is well equipped for self-catering holidays, featuring an electric oven with grill and hob, microwave, under-counter fridge with freezer drawer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle and toaster.
The master bedroom enjoys beautiful sea views and direct access onto the balcony via sliding patio doors, allowing guests to wake up to the sight of the sea stretching across the bay. The room is furnished with a comfortable double divan bed with memory foam mattress, built-in wardrobe, additional under-bed storage and a flatscreen TV with Freeview.
