We had a lovely family stay at Mulberry. The cottage was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfy, I don’t think my children have ever slept so well! The welcome basket was particularly lovely to arrive to, thank you for a lovely stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mulberry Cottage. The owners were extremely helpful and our children (aged 12 and 15) very much enjoyed the facilities on the site. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend it.

The accomodation was lovely, everything we needed had been catered for, the kitchen was well equipped and the rooms a nice size. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and our kids loved the outdoor pool which was well maintained. The directions given by the hosts were spot on. We visited one of the recommended pubs Tutley which had great food….overall a wonderful stay

On arrival the cottage was more than what we expected, we had an amazing time there, we enjoyed everything about the stay the hosts was always there to help with anything we needed ( fast response) we hope to visit again soon

All communication with the host was quickly answered. The cottage was lovely, well appointed and cosy. Nice surroundings, great amenities. The drive out to Ivybridge and the Devon Expressway was straightforward. There was an Inn and a coffee shop nearby too. We didn't use the pool or tenis courts but they did look well cared for.

Great place, great location

A lovely property in delightful surrounding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as did our dogs. Wonderful welcome tray which included jelly babies, comfortable beds and bedding, all one could require.

Highly recommended

Ideal place to stay for a relaxing break in a lovely part of Devon with some great resort facilities close to hand. Apart from the towel rail not seeming to work everything was as described and we shall certainly look to visit again in the future.

Mulberry cottage, Colmer estate. South Devon.

Excellent location. All facilities were brilliant in the property. The grounds, pools and other facilities were very good. Very peaceful area yet within easy reach of the coast and beaches.

Fantastic

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facilities were excellent, the grounds were beautiful. There’s so much to explore locally from the coastline to the moors- we really fell in love with the area. The accommodation was very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Truly everything you could want from a holiday home. Thank you!

A lovely property with some really quirky objects decorating each room which made it feel like a real home. The indoor pool is very good but I would have liked some handrails to help get in and out - then it would have been perfect.The Comer Estate is very peaceful and my family enjoyed walking in the grounds.

Fantastic accomodation and site

We loved our stay at Mulberry, the accomodation was perfect for a family of four. The hosts have very thoughtfully equipped the place with board games/beach accessories, which was lovely for the kids. The pools were amazing, especially the outside pool. Highly recommended, hosts were awesome!

Lovely muse cottage

Mulberry is a beautiful, well appointed, comfortable muse cottage on the fantastically well kept Colmer Estate, so quiet, peaceful & pretty. Stayed here for a week with our 2 dogs and had a great time exploring the South Hams area We had a lovely break and would highly recommend

Idyllic haven.

This is the loveliest cottage you could hope to find anywhere. Everything about it is perfect and so is the location. This has become our family ‘go to’ when we need to get away from it all. The owners are wonderful and extremely generous with lots of extra goodies to make your stay totally perfect.
