This is an 18th-century stone house with an authentic character and rustic details softened by steel, glass, and soft lighting. The two spacious bedrooms feature private bathrooms with large showers and extraordinary beds. At night, sleep with the windows open to the river, lulled by the sound of the water and the croaking of frogs.
The entryway features a wood-burning fireplace, while the old barn has been transformed into a cozy gathering space with a pellet stove, vintage stereo, and a table for group dinners. The kitchen has all the essentials: no kettle or microwave, but pots, stovetops, an oven, and the traditional Italian moka pot.
The large garden features a treehouse, zip line, swings, and ropes for the kids. For adults, there are four fire pits in special corners and a lit path through the woods leading to a little slice of paradise. Down by the house, you’ll find a hot tub, and soon a stone sauna.
You are surrounded by nature, with two private trails through the woods and the Cammino di San Vicinio just 100 meters away. On foot, you can reach an abandoned monastery, a scenic peak, and a lake with a waterfall. By car, you’re 40 minutes from Ravenna, 30 from Cesena, and 20 from the medieval villages of Sarsina and Bagno di Romagna.
