Cabin by the beach in Stonglandsodden

At Stonglandsodden, just 500 meters from the beach, a unique cabin awaits you, offering the perfect balance between wilderness and comfort, also known as Culture Cabin Retreat. Here you can retreat from everyday life and experience nature up close, with a terrace that stretches towards the treetops of Arctic birch trees.



The cabin is compact and well thought out, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. The open floor plan creates an intimate atmosphere, while large windows let in natural light and offer panoramic views of the surroundings.



The private terrace is a highlight, with the option of an outdoor shower after a warm sauna. Under the canopy, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or immerse yourself in a good book, whatever the weather.



From the cabin, you have easy access to fantastic nature experiences. Try your luck fishing in the lake or salmon river, explore the many hiking trails in Ånderdalen National Park, or visit local gems such as Senja Roasters and Norwegian Wild. In winter, you can ski right from the door and experience magical winter evenings in front of the fireplace.



In winter, the road to the cabin is plowed, and you must bring firewood from the store for the sauna so you can keep the fireplace well stoked.



I am an outdoor guide specializing in kayaking and skiing. If you want to fill your stay with something special, I offer guided tours and avalanche courses on ski tours in winter and guided kayak excursions including equipment in summer. Maybe you're not so keen on water or skiing, but want to experience nature in a simpler way? Then I'd be happy to take you on a snowshoe hike in our winter landscape.



There are also good fishing opportunities in rivers, lakes and along the coast around the cabin. If you wish, I can also be your guide and show you how to cook the fish on the fire at the cabin.
