To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV service and DVR. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker/Keurig, cooler, beach toys, and a beach umbrella round out the amenities.
