Comfortable villa in Calafell, on the Costa Dorada, Spain, with a private pool for 18 people. The house is situated in an area encompassing beach, rural, forested, urban, and mountainous landscapes, close to a tennis court and 2 km from the beach, a 3-minute drive away.


Located centrally within its extensive landscaped grounds, this holiday home with a private pool in Sitges spans three floors, ideal for families seeking tranquility and nature, friends looking to share intimate and fun moments, or groups wanting to explore a bustling city or lively village while sleeping in peaceful surroundings surrounded by greenery and a comfortable house, with a ground floor that provides direct access to the large private pool.


The house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The accommodation offers ample privacy, a wonderful private garden with lawn, a communal garden with lawn, a marvelous pool, stunning views of the countryside and mountains, and beautiful views of the valley, street, and other buildings.


We recommend having a car for easier transportation, but it is not essential. Everything can be done on foot.


You can find supermarkets, quality fruits and vegetables, restaurants, and bars within a 10-minute walk from the villa.

Low season (October to April):


Heating: 300 euros, adjusted to actual consumption.


Monthly stays:


Utilities (water, electricity, gas): 800 euros, based on actual consumption.


Pets: 100 euros/week.

Important:


The main villa accommodates up to 14 guests. It is possible to host up to 18 people by adding 2 extra beds in the main living room; however, this may affect overall comfort.


For large groups, we recommend also renting the annex house. By doing so, no extra-person supplement will be applied in the main villa.
