College Lawn is on a quiet street overlooking the College Ground of the famed Cheltenham College and Cheltenham is the perfect base to enjoy and explore the Cotswolds having excellent dining, cultural, sporting, wellness and shopping experiences in short walking distance and yet only a five or six mile drive to rolling hills and classic country pubs. The on-line bookable tennis courts at Montpellier Gardens are a 13 minute walk away and the superb Cheltenham Lido, founded in 1935 and boasting an Olympic 50m long heated pool, is only a five minute walk away.

The house provides five bedrooms over two floors and can come with a live-in housekeeper and chef, an on call concierge to make even last minute arrangements for you and a ten-seater Mercedes Sprinter at your disposal for the duration of your stay. Or you can bring your own staff.
