A Home to Relax and Unwind
The open-plan living and kitchen keeps everyone together, with a marble fireplace and a smart TV with Netflix for nights in after the beach. The balcony is the natural spot for morning coffee or a drink as the sun drops, looking over the resort pools and the sea. The table seats six, so meals work whether you cook in or come back from one of the resort restaurants.

Location
Kaliakria Resort sits high on the Topola cliffs above the Black Sea, in a quiet stretch of coastline surrounded by gardens. Two restaurants are a few minutes` walk inside the resort, and the beaches and golf are a short drive down.

Good to Know Before You Book
The apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift, so you should be comfortable with stairs. Some rooms have ceiling fans rather than full air conditioning, so pack accordingly in high summer. The nearest beaches are a 20 to 30 minute walk or a short drive down, and a car is the easiest way to reach beaches, Cape Kaliakra and Balchik. The resort runs a shuttle to Bendida and Argata beaches for days out without the car. Check-in is self-service via a keybox just outside the apartment door, with full instructions sent on the day of arrival. Parking is free with plenty of spaces across the resort. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
