This modern and light-filled house (built in 2012) features two south-facing terraces, including a rooftop terrace with panoramic views, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a fenced garden.

Spread across five rooms, it offers all the comforts for up to eight people.

The house is situated in a natural yet central location in Rielasingen-Worblingen, with stunning views of the Schienerberg mountain and easy access to the bus stop for Singen, the supermarket, restaurants, and a bakery.

The Aach river, which flows directly alongside the house, is perfect for a refreshing dip.

With the two bicycles provided, you can reach Lake Constance in about 30 minutes or Singen's city center in 20 minutes via the "Radolfzeller Aach River Adventure Trail," which is located right next to the house.
