We really enjoyed this place. Great location. Scenic views are awesome. Would definitely stay there again.Only a couple things. Top of the refrigerator needs to be wiped down. Us taller people can see the top. Master shower head needs to be changed to something less painful. It literally hurts to take a shower from the pressure coming out of that head.

Great stay

Beautiful views. Short drives to all surrounding attractions (Eureka Springs, Caves, Hiking, Breweries, Zoo, etc). Enjoyed our stay with 2 small kids. Porch views are great, better than the listing pictures. Hot tub was a big hit every evening. Only hiccup was that all correspondence was going to my email junk mail, and not coming through the VRBO app. But once that was figured out, everything went smoothly. Would stay again!

Amazing

This house was beautiful! Everything was exactly like the listing said it would be. We had some bad weather and they offered to let us reschedule if needed, but everyone wanted to keep this weekend and I’m so glad we did! The snowy views from the hot tub were pure perfection!! Highly recommend!!! We can’t wait to stay there again!!

My husband and I went on a wknd getaway with another couple. This place was GORGEOUS! The breathtaking view from the screened in porch with the hot tub. This was the perfect wknd away!

Great getaway

This place is amazing! Great view’ peaceful, very clean! Everything is beautiful! It was our 45th wedding anniversary and we came up to stay a few days and nights. We played golf at holiday island, we went downtown Eureka Springs. Just took it easy and had a great time! Perfect place to bring your family! Thank you so much!!!!

Majestic view and good amenities

Location is just far enough from Eureka Springs to get your shop on and enjoy down time. We had a designated driver because of the curvy roads back from town. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. We ran out of coffee the first day which we normally pack just in case. There was rain everyday but we enjoyed the lightening show and rainbows over the mountains from the hot tub and deck. Communication response was excellent within a couple of weeks of our reservation and during stay.

Getaway weekend

This property was excellent to stay at ! A beautiful view of Beaver Lake from the back of the house!!! It was close to Eureka Springs yet quiet and out of town. Access to Beaver Lake was minutes just down the hill from the property. The house and its amenities worked well for our family weekend getaway. The only thing we found that didn't work in the house was the fireplace insert. We also had a bit of a problem locating our house key packet at check-in, however met some very nice gentleman who helped us find the right location. Would definitely stay at this house again for another Eureka getaway weekend or even a fishing getaway at the lake.

Great house, but

Unhygienic, air vents clogged with dust, crumbs on the counters, pink bacteria growing in shower, someone ejaculated in the hot tub and it was left there. So gross! Hope I didn’t contract Covid! Get someone new to manage property. This is a good house with a great deck and view, but not sanitary during a pandemic. If it were clean, it would have gotten an excellent rating.

Private home, great for couples or family

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The checkin process was hassle free and the placed looked and smelled nice upon entry. The location had a countryside feel and there was no direct line of sight from the neighbors while we enjoyed the hot tub and the view from the screened in back deck. We were a short drive to the heart of Eureka Springs historic district. There were a few minor problems like the string lights on the back deck not working, one of the actuators that controls the jets in the hot tub was broken, the hot tub was a little cloudy and foamy, the hot tub light didn't work, and on the last day it stopped heating. I don't think it's fair to place all the blame on the owners for the hot tub. I know how finicky they can be, and if previous guests weren't doing everything just right (took the chemical dispenser out, put bath oil or salts, etc.), it could've caused problems. I should add that the property managers encouraged us to report anything not working properly and seemed eager to make repairs and/or maintenance. The beds were comfortable and they did a pretty good job stocking items to make you feel at home. There were quite a few rules to follow with accompanying threats of being charged extra if they were not followed. However, they were all reasonable and obviously needed due to discourteous guests in the past. My wife and I both agreed we'd like to come back and maybe bring the family or another couple. We would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you prefer your privacy over being right in the heart of town.

The view and deck was amazing. The kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking. The bedrooms were large, but needed blankets and everyone said the beds were hard!We enjoyed playing table games and ping pong.

Beautiful views! Clean and spacious. Everything you need is there. There's even a ping pong table. The hot tub is huge.

Breath taking views

Our stay was amazing at this property! Its the perfect place to get away from the city noise and enjoy nature. We will definitely be back it was a huge hit with the teenagers since there was a hot tub and plenty of privacy!

Tranquil escape in a beautiful location

I recently stayed at this vacation rental, and I have to say, it was fantastic! The place was spotless when we arrived, which is always a huge plus. It was also well-stocked with all the basics we needed, making our stay super comfortable. The location? Just beautiful! It was so quiet, and we loved the peaceful vibe. The place is perfect for even 2 or 3 couples...lots of room...everything you need or want is there...still closeby eureka The first night it stormed and the view from the balcony was so romantic

Best Porch Ever

This place was perfect! The amazing views, hot tub and screened in porch were top notch. We spent most of our time there! Although it was hot, the ceiling fans and shades helped a great deal during the heat of the day.

Family trip

This property is so much more than expected. Everything was just perfect. The beds were comfortable and the views spectacular. We enjoyed our mornings on the deck and the hot tub was so relaxing in the evening. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing fun place to stay!
