The Space:

As you enter this modest space you are greeted by an authentic home of the Greek countryside. The first floor consists of a cozy living room with vintage timber furniture with Greek folk details, a fully equipped, compact kitchen and a dining table to enjoy the meals you prepare after a day at the beach with your travelling partners. A charming set of stairs leads upstairs with a a wood carved banister to a minimal bedroom with wooden furniture. The balcony door brings ample light to your bedroom, and gives you the opportunity to wake up and go and greet the horizon first thing in the morning! The house is complete with a squeeky clean bathroom that provides all the essentials.

The balcony is the highlight of this charming house as the view will astound you!

The property is located in Ormos Koumeikon a small village in which within a walking distance you can find all you need from traditional taverns, cafes to artisan bakeries and pharmacies.

Only 200m to the sandy Balos beach for umnforgettable swims!

Just 2km from the village of Koumeika with plenty more things to see such as authentic restaurants and the Ethnographic museum.

There are plenty of beaches with crystal clear waters in less than a ten minute drive around such as 2.7km from the astounding Kaldakia Beach, 3.8km Kampos Skoureikon beach, 4.5km from Perri beach, 5.2km from Marmara beach and 5.5km from Paralia Ormou Marathokabou.

Samos city is around 40km, just under an hour by car from the property and the airport is 26km away
