The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, distributed across both floors with a comfortable and tasteful interior design. On the main level, an open-plan living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to the terrace. A children's room on this level is equipped with 1 bunk bed set of 2 (90 cm wide, 200 cm in length) and a television. The fully equipped open kitchen includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. A shower and WC complete the facilities on this floor. On the upper floor, 1 double bedroom features sloping ceilings and a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The terrace is accessible from the main living area and is furnished for outdoor use. Please note that the bed layout is flexible, and while more sleeping configurations may be available than the maximum number of guests permitted, the capacity of 4 must not be exceeded.
