How to Access Your Apartment

Your apartment is located on the 5th floor, Apartment 517, Block 4, Eurotowers.

For self-check-in, you will receive a personalised code the night before or the morning of your arrival. This code is for a smart lock called “Igloo,” which secures the keys to your apartment as well as a fob used for entering and exiting the building.

The smart lock is affixed to a metal pole directly opposite the entrance to Block 4, on the same road—making it easy to find. Simply enter the code to access the keys and fob.

Once inside, take the lift to the 5th floor. Upon leaving the lift, turn right and continue down the corridor until you reach door 517; this is your apartment.

The rooftop pool is located on the top floor. To get there from your apartment, walk to the end of the corridor, go through the double fire doors, then turn right to find another set of lifts. Take these lifts to the rooftop floor where the pool awaits.

For your convenience, Morrisons supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away. The famous Chatham Counterguard, known for some of Gibraltar’s finest restaurants, is also only 5 minutes on foot. In case of emergency, the hospital is located directly across the road from Eurotowers.

House Rules
1. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests only. No additional guests without prior approval.
2. No smoking inside the apartment or building; please use designated outdoor areas.
3. No pets allowed unless agreed in advance.
4. No parties, events or excessive noise; respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
5. Leave the apartment tidy before checkout; dispose rubbish in designated bins or chute.
6. Use appliances responsibly and report damages promptly.
7. Turn off all lights, air conditioning, and electrical devices when not in use or upon checkout.
8. Return the apartment keys and building fob to the smart lock outside, using the same code you received. A £50 charge applies if keys are not returned.
9. Follow check-in and check-out times unless otherwise arranged.
10. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
