The complex is in the final stage of construction on a second tower, with construction hours from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closing the doors and windows ensures that construction noise does not affect the comfort inside the apartment. Some common areas are still under construction; the advertised areas are operating normally.

Guest Access
The building has a 24-hour concierge service.

Entry is self-service via an electronic lock. Before arrival, each guest must submit their full name and ID number to complete the mandatory registration at the front desk and authorise access to the building.

Once registration is confirmed, the digital access code for the apartment will be sent on the day of check-in.

For the security of the complex, only individuals previously registered in the reservation will be allowed entry.
