Este recientemente remodelado condominio de 3 habitaciones y 3 baños se ubica frente al mar en el complejo Flamingo Marina Condo. ¡Estás a pasos de la arena y puedes ver y escuchar las olas! La hermosa playa Flamingo está a solo 5 minutos a pie, a solo 400 metros de distancia. La ubicación es ideal: se puede ir caminando a muchos restaurantes, tiendas, servicios médicos y bancos. Este hermoso condominio de alquiler tiene 2 dormitorios, 2 baños en el nivel principal y 1 dormitorio y 1 baño en el segundo nivel. Este es un piso superior, 3er nivel de condominio. y se encuentra a 50 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Liberia.

Esta propiedad frente al mar cuenta con más de 1600 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. El maestro tiene una cama king size con baño completo. El segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales y baño completo. (Podemos convertir a los gemelos en un rey a petición). El dormitorio de arriba tiene una cama queen y baño privado completo. También hay un sof�� cama grande en la sala de estar para que puedan dormir cómodamente 6-8 personas. ¡Todo es nuevo y decorado profesionalmente!

Hay televisión por cable, Internet, A / C y teléfono en la unidad. Hay una lavadora / secadora en el interior, así como una parrilla de gas para su uso en el balcón privado! La cocina gourmet es la delicia de un chef y es perfecta para el entretenimiento: encimera de gas, electrodomésticos GE Cafe Series, gran isla con barra de desayuno y gabinetes de madera. ¡Punta Plata 617 es llave en mano y está totalmente equipado para las mejores vacaciones posibles!

Flamingo Beach es parte de la Riviera de Costa Rica y se encuentra a solo 400 metros de la propiedad. Flamingo cuenta con una hermosa playa de arena blanca de una milla de largo con una corriente suave y marea. Esta playa es perfecta para nadar y tomar el sol. Una de las playas de surf más famosas del mundo Playa Grande está a solo 15 minutos en autom��vil y la bulliciosa ciudad de surf de Tamarindo está lo suficientemente cerca como para ofrecerle más compras divertidas, clases de surf y una abundante selección de restaurantes y locales nocturnos.

We loved the beautiful view every morning while enjoying our coffee on the balcony! There was plenty of space in the condo for 3 couples. There appeared to be adequate kitchen supplies but we did not cook. Most evenings we enjoyed the restaurants that were within walking distance of the condo. The area felt very safe and quiet. The small beach by the condo was a bonus on the days we wanted to relax. There was ample parking for our rental car that we used to explore other sites and beaches throughout our 10 day vacation! Mariela with the concierge service was helpful arranging our airport transportation. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend!

Awesome location and nice condo

The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything we needed with a semi private little beach just steps away! You could easily have a relaxing quiet day or take a short walk to find restaurants, music, shopping, boating etc. I would recommend bringing a small soft cooler. The condo was very clean. Only down fall was that the coffee machine leaked a bit but that’s was all.

A great rental

Everything was great. The condo was clean and had broom/cleaner to maintain cleanliness throughout the stay. Washer/dryer was a great get, too. Previous reviews did make note of the water pressure and while we had bouts of good pressure the majority of the stay did not had adequate water pressure- if the water situation got fixed I would give it a 10/10, rather than a 9.5/10. We were very pleased and look forward to going back. Pura Vida!

Excellent Vacation

Condo is lovely, beautiful floors, nice kitchen, 3 good bathrooms & bedrooms, right on the beach. Very clean! Shower pressure not great but based on pressure from sink taps, probably just needs new shower heads. Beach chairs and umbrellas in cupboard, lots of beach towels and washer/dryer & dishwasher all work well. This is a wonderful area of Costa Rica to visit, lots of choice in restaurants and great beaches. Only downside was the pool as wooden lounger chairs have no cushions and are not comfortable at all.

nice place but way too much noise to rest

The unit itself was nice but there was a lot of construction going on just a few meters away from the property and our unit. The noise started at 6am 7 days a week and very dusty. Had to walk down a very dusty road to go anywhere. The water pressure in all 3 showers was almost non existent and no hot water in the showers. The walking distance to an almost private beach was great.

Beautiful, quiet beachfront condo

We really enjoyed staying at this property. While very close to Flamingo Marina, the property was extremely quiet with no partying (even though we came during US Spring Break). The layout was great for our family of 6 (2 parents, 2 teens, 2 elementary kids). We really enjoyed swimming, kayaking (we brought an inflatable kayak with us), and snorkeling at the little beach behind the condo. We rented a car and were able to enjoy some other close beaches (Playa Flamingo, Playa Pan de Azucar) as well as do some activies (deep sea fishing, horseback riding at the Monkey Farm, attended mass in Potrero). We cooked all of our meals in the condo and found the cookware, etc to be adequate. The beds/bedding were comfortable. The provided beach towels, cooler, and boogie board were great. The 2 downstairs showers were inadequate (master doesn't have enough pressure for the shower to turn on most of the time and the guest shower doesn't get all the way hot) but the upstairs shower was hot with a lot of pressure. The dishwasher didn't really get the dishes clean so we just handwashed. The concierge was very nice and responded immediately when we had a wifi outage. We absolutely loved this location and will come back.

US travelers

I will start with the positives - amazing view, nice size/layout for family of 5, and semi private beach. Things I wish were different - I will not stay here again because of the location. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and loved it and the people. The description says lots of stuff in walking distance. This is an exaggeration. I think the title may have changed since I booked but this is not your typical Marina. In fact, I don't see how it is a Marina at all. There is something being built there so there could be one in the future and there are lots of boats anchored off the beach. To get anywhere (unless you have a car), you must walk down a 200 yard dirt (mud if it has rained) road. Then you get to a very busy and skinny, winding street. There are no sidewalks there and the drivers are crazy. The private beach is very rocky so if you like to play in the surf, this isn't an ideal beach for you. Costa Rica doesn't have address' so some things are hard to find. This includes this complex. Our driver got lost getting us there from the airport as an example. There is also not any elevators. This was not an issue for us except for luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. Being in the US, we take this for granted.

Hi Jimmy: Glad to hear you thought that Flamingo Marina 617 was a great condo with amazing beachfront views! Just to clarify a few points: 1. The building has no elevator and we clearly state there isn't one in the listing. 2. This property is walking distance to town, which is less than 5 minutes. There was a lot of rain and because of that the road happened to be muddy. 3. Most of Costa Rica doesn't have sidewalks unfortunately. 4. We provide at time of booking: Exact pin location of the condo. We also offer transportation services with our own drivers to avoid getting 'lost'. you had your own driver and i am sorry if he could follow the precise directions we provided to you. 5. The marina is under construction and will be done in 2022. It sounded to me that perhaps Costa Rica in general may not have been the place for you? All the best,

Overall Amazing

Location was wonderful - easy access to a semi private smaller beach was wonderful. It was never over crowded and provided a great experience with nice sand and amazing tide pools! You could also pretty easily walk to Flamingo beach - a larger beach that is world renowned sand and sunsets! The third floor does mean stairs everyday, but easily compensated with beautiful views in our opinion. Once the new Marina is finished it will most likely even be nicer (for water activities at least). Condo - great floor plan for families or friends. King/master bedroom and bedroom with two twins on first floor, with queen/2 master upstairs. Kitchen was recently updated with plenty of utensils and space and there was a grill for outdoor cooking! Bathroom near the front door really helped limit sand through out the house. The views from the balcony were great and that space was fantastic with a decent breeze. You could drink morning coffee and watch sting rays jumping, boats heading out for the day, pelicans hunting, etc. There isn't a direct sunset view, but not to worry it's still quite stunning! Activities - the concierge team was very quick and helpful with any needs we might have. They would help from personalized restaurant recommendations to excursions. There are a number as restaurants in walking distance as well as a pharmacy and small grocery store that carry most essentials you would need. With a little longer walk or quick car ride you can get to larger grocery options and even more activities. ATV/UTV tours, diving/snorkeling, animal sanctuaries, and zip lining are just a few of the many near by activity options.

Condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. Beautiful view.

Condo is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Easy to see that it was recently updated. Beautifully decorated. View is amazing and it felt like we had a private beach. We were almost always the only ones on the beach. Loved that there were beach chairs and a boogie board in the condo. My family of 6 had more than enough room and loved the high tech tv’s and fast WiFi for our relaxing evenings. The only real issue we had was the water pressure. It was so poor that we struggled to get the shampoo out of our hair. I called the office to let them know and they were very nice about it, but it did not change throughout our stay. It may be an issue with the building and not just the condo. The pool area is in serious need of updating. It met our needs, but it would have been great if the swim up tiki bar was being utilized. Also, we didn’t get directions to the condo, only to the office to get our keys. We had a late flight and it was difficult to find in the dark. We easily found the other buildings, but couldn’t find the building that had 617 in it. Turns out it was down the road and down an unmarked gravel road. Hard to find in the dark. We did end up getting help from one of there security guards. He struggled to help because we had a language barrier, but stuck with us until we found it. This could have been avoided by giving us directions ahead of time. 24 hour security is a nice bonus. We booked a few tours with the Blue Waters office and they were great. Overall all, our stay was amazing. Condo felt swanky it was so nice. I would totally recommend!

I think the fact that the construction of the marina is in progress may have influenced the dirtiness and lack of maintenance of the place. Much to improve. They should be more honest with the amenities since they are shared with a Hotel that seems abandoned.

beautiful and pleasent

I travel with my wife and 4 kids, lovely place to stay and better than the pictures. The rooms and beds were great, few times the water ran low, but that was a good excuse to visit the pool. We really liked the semi private beach and how close the condo was from town. The bar at the pool is permanently close and the facilities around the condo need better care but it does not takes away from the condo, also the security guard is always in the floor below, thanks for great place and extra ameneties like beach chairs and the buggi board.

Thank you bluewater for an amazing vacation! It was a beautiful condo with a fantastic concierge! I was truly impressed with the prompt service, if we needed anything they were right there! The condo was fully stocked, beach was beautiful, and the weather was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you!

Fabulous Condo

The Condo was large and spacious enough for 6 adults. It had everything we needed! It is in a beautiful location with easy access to town, beach and restaurants, but not too busy.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

The condo had a great view with a comfortable shady balcony. All the bedrooms were well decorated and comfortable. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We had six people in our party for 7 days and everyone loved the accommodations. We would definitely stay here again. Great location too.
