We loved our stay at this property! The house was super clean and communication from the management was timely and concise. The location is great - close enough to the things you want to see and do without being in an overly touristy area. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Monterey/Seaside area.

This was by far the best vacation rental property we have used. The check in process and instructions were so easy to follow. It was perfect for our work/family vacation trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in the Monterey Bay area. This home was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The furniture and beds were very comfy. In the garage there were beach chairs, towels and toys if you were heading to the beach. There were multiple tool boxes and other items such as light bulbs in case you needed something. We were given several contact numbers in the event we needed anything or had any problems. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone considering staying in this area.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental! The views were stunning, kitchen well-stocked. Close to Carmel and a short drive away from Big Sur. It was very clean and easy to check in, beds and couches were comfortable!

Great Getaway!

We have made Hilltop Haven our go to place for our summer vacation. The rental never disappoints. It is fully stocked with everything we need. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make it perfect for our family of four if grandparents cannot make it. The outdoor barbecue is great when we want to prepare our own food. The washer and dryer are a huge bonus. The location is close to Monterey, Pacific Grove, Costco, and Smart and Final. We really enjoy the short drive to the Fish House, Cannery Row, and Fisherman's Wharf for clam chowder. Del Monte Beach is less than 10 minutes away. The Farmer's Market is a great treat to give back to the community, and enjoy fresh fruit, vegetables, and so much more. The place is clean and well-maintained. Michelle is helpful if we have questions. A great place to stay.

The house was clean. The kitchen well-equipped. Lighting was good but no dimmers. Electric outlets were few and far-between, advise bringing extension cords. The views were good. No A/C. Living room has ceiling fan but we could not figure out how to turn it on. We inquired but no response from the property manager. Worst thing is the bathtub/shower combos. Slippery, no grap bars, no safety mats, and two large glass doors. Same in each of the two bathrooms. Seriously dangerous. We informed the property manager but they never replied.

House was pretty clean and accurate description. However communication was lacking, especially when it says there is a 24 hour line available. Messaged and called, left a voicemail on the 24 hour line, messaged through the app and directly to the owner and didn’t get response back regarding additional toilet paper which is a basic amenity when staying at a house. The house is also very noisy from street noise if sleeping in the master bedroom. Other than those issues, it was a nice stay.

Quaint Cottage

Our party of four enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Haven. It looked just like it did in the pictures and was clean and ready when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with all sorts of things, which made preparing food there so easy. The towels and pillows were of a nicer quality than you typically have at a vacation rental. The only things that would have made our stay nicer were knowing about the steep driveway (we had an elderly person in our party) and having someone respond to our request about how to turn on a fan (we sent multiple texts with no response). All in all it was a lovely stay.

The perfect place for a girl's trip

The house and property are beautiful. Check-in was easy. The house had evrything we could have needed and more. The beds we so comfy, and we made great use of the kitchen. It had wonderful views of the coast on both balconies. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our week!
