Beautiful views and beautiful home! Beach across from the spot is rocky so not going to be your beach day, but Fogerty was close and beautiful. Sits above a coffee shop so that was nice to have close but never noticed and issues as far as noise.

Cute and well stocked kitchen but floor filthy, went to wipe up spill and paper towel was black. Keruig filter dirty and moldy. Bathroom shower had hair in and floor dirty. Couch was not as pictured in the ad, big disappointment as couch there was so uncomfortable and too large for space. Bed was most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in at a vacation rental, couldn’t keep sheets tucked in at all. All the pillows were lumpy and horrible. We had a miserable stay and were so disappointed after stay in #3 was so perfect last year.

The place was great. The only thing I noticed was a little mildew in the shower and some staining on the shower floor. Otherwise, it was as if everything was brand new. The steepled ceiling really lent to an open, airy feeling. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the view for sure. Saw whales multiple times which was very nice and enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck. Felt very relaxing and comfortable will there.

We had a great time and can’t beat the location! Gave 3 star on beachfront question because it is oceanfront not beachfront but amazing view so not sure how to rate that one. Easy access (just 4 steps up to front door) even my 14 year old Shih Tzu could manage and seemed very comfortable. Very well equipped lacked nothing! Great communication with host. Will definitely be back!!!!

Do not hesitate to stay here! Very responsive. Everything you could need in the studio apartment. You even get a free coffee in the shop in the store under the studio in the morning.
