amazing communication with the property owner. I was so impressed. the house is very private and in a quiet spot. located near pretty much everything. so clean and comfy. it is a tad small but unique.

Too small bathroom and upstairs bedroom too cramped.

Our place is truly as little beach cottage and while we love it and take great pride in keeping it charming and beautiful, we get it - it's small! Needs update electrical outlet in bathroom, some deep cleaning! Back screen door really dirty and cobwebs! Host very nice! Over priced for what we got !!!

We were very comfortable in the cottage but there was just 2 of us. It was very clean and very convenient to the beach. Communication with the managers was easy and responses were timely. If you want a great place to sleep and be at the beach all day, I highly recommend this cottage. I would not recommend if there are more than 2 of you and you just want to hang out because it is small. We basically had coffee and breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The beds were comfortable.

Great house. Within walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Nice place to stay.
