Over 2,900 square feet this newly updated home has 6 bedrooms and 3 baths, and a kitchen, living room, dining area and full bath on the main level.

Relax and unwind on the 2 full size sofas while preparing a meal in the fully stocked and supplied kitchen with new appliances. We also provide a crock-pot, rice cooker, toaster, coffeepot, microwave, blender.

All towels and crisp linens are provided as well as toiletries, iron and ironing boars. We also have a pak n play.

There is an abundance of parking on the street for free in front of the house or in the driveway. Keyless entry takes the worry out of coming and going. There is outside video surveillance.

Cherry Park is located less than a mile away for fun summer gatherings on the grass. TriMet (light rail) is also less than a mile away with free parking. Take the train downtown and avoid the hassle of parking. There is also a bus at the end of the block, about a 2 minute walk.

This 6 bedroom house is available only as a monthly rental. It is available for less than 30 days as a 5 bedroom only rental.

We accept up to 2 dogs. There is a pet fee of $150 per dog which is paid after you book. You are responsible for picking up after your dog and for any damages. Your dog cannot be left alone barking.

Service Animals: you will be questioned about your service animal (SA). Your SA must be under your control at all times and CANNOT be left in the house without you . Your SA must accompany you at all times. Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refunds. We take faking a service animal very seriously and have zero tolerance for anyone abusing federal laws.
