The property was just as expected...even better than expected! Was spacious as we love to cook. Bedrooms are large and fit everyone perfectly. The backyard view is absolutely gorgeous. Although our stay was much too short. Best Vrbo we have been in to date!

We throughly enjoyed the location especially the dock attached to the property. We fished, watched the sunset, viewed dolphins and fish and watched a rocket launch al fr that dock. It was also easy to get to everywhere we wanted to visit in the area.

This property has been very well maintained, updated, and cared for. The back deck, back yard area, and dock are big, big attractions at this property. Want the beach instead? It is a very short drive or a pleasant walk to get to the public beach with free public parking (as of this writing). The owners have even outfitted the place with beach towels, beach equipment, and practically everything except your swim trunks. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here and had a lovely time. Communication with the owner was prompt, helpful, and friendly. We would stay here again anytime and strongly recommend it as a great place to stay and enjoy the Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach areas. 5 stars all the way around!

Wonderful home and property

We had a great stay! Relaxing and peaceful vacation. Wonderful property with everything we needed for a week stay. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching sunsets off the back deck. Thank you we will definitely stay here again!

The whole house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Kathe even messaged us when a launch was planned so we could either prepare for the noise/light or prepare to watch! How cool was that! The dock was surprisingly long, and so peaceful. Great neighborhood and what a communicative host!

Perfect stay in Cape Canaveral

Family getaway

We really enjoyed this home, it was centrally located to all of our destinations. Upon arrival we aere pleased with the size, layout and how clean it was. We enjoyed several sunsets fishing out on the pier.

Fisherman’s paradise

Beautiful view out back!

We had a great time! Kathe was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and the place was very well stocked with the essentials, like garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.

Lovely place and location.

Owner has added little touches that are charming and helpful, including food storage containers for left overs and bedding that is both crisp and cozy. There are many other lovely and helpful touches. Thanks for providing a lovely home away.

Great place, great time

The place was exactly what we needed. The whole family really enjoyed it. Loved being able to fish off the dock, and being so close to so much to do. The price was right and the owner was very nice. Will probably stay there again and will remember to bring our tennis rackets next time (looked like some really nice courts right across the street)

Amazing stay!

This townhouse was a perfect fit for our family. Loved the location. Spent alot of time on the pier. It was very clean and we appreciated the basket of snacks and all of the little extras that were there…laundry detergent, soaps, LOTS of towels. Went across the street to the beach to see a rocket launch! Will stay here again if we come back to the area.
