A clean out fee that is charged by Castle Resorts, our onsite property manager, is pre-collected by vrbo at time of booking.
This ground floor unit offers easy access from parking as well as out the lanai to the beautiful spacious grounds. The unit is in building 18 #113 which is centrally located on the spectacular Kiahuna Plantation Resort with convenience to the beach, pool, athletic club, shopping and restaurants. The ceiling fans along with large patio doors and louvred windows draws the cooling trade winds nicely through the condo. Additionally, A/C was installed to help with those days/nights of extra warm temperatures. This one bedroom unit has a California King bed, sofa queen sleeper in the living room and porta-crib available. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as dining both inside or out on the private lanai. Just a 2 minute walk through lusciously landscaped grounds brings you to the very popular Poipu Beach! Enjoy great snorkeling along the coral reefs, boogey board the waves and relax to the spectacular sunsets. This unit includes boogie boards, beach umbrella's and beach chairs, cooler and various beach toys. Everything you need to have fun in the sun!

We always love our stay at Kiahuna and this time was no different. Diane was an amazing host and the condo was perfect. Great location, nice and clean, and was stocked with all the beach supplies and toys for us to use each day. We can’t wait to come back!

I always love staying at the kiahuna. This was the first time having a place to myself so that was cool. Really enjoyed my time there. I was a short walk from all my family.It was really nice to have A/C I haven't stayed in a unit with AC before

Dianne is a fabulous host! The unit was immaculately clean, AC worked perfectly, the complex is lovely with beautiful landscaping and views everywhere, and the beach is less than a 2 minute walk away. Host communication was 10/10. Can't recommend enough!

Highly recommend!

We stayed here with our two kids ages 2 and 5, and found the location and amenities to be excellent! Walking distance to the beach and pool. The photos dont do the pool justice! Perfect place for the kids to play safely. Condo owner Dianne was very responsive and so helpful! We appreciate her hospitality, thank you! I’d recommend staying here to all who visit the beautiful and lush island of Kauai.

Property is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. The property is comfortable, and spacious. We had a great time.

Perfect paradise!

This is a superb spot just a short walk to a great swimming beach, close to incredible snorkeling, and a quick drive to hiking. Would definitely stay here again 10/10

Great Location, well maintained property with extra touches

Dianne was a super responsive and thoughtful hostess. We enjoyed our stay at the condo with its location between the shopping center, pool, and the beach. Most everything was walkable. We loved having a full kitchen, and artistic pieces added to the decor. Most of all- the lanai overlooking a beautiful green space with lots of flowers- made for a perfect place for breakfast.

May Retreat

Great Location

We loved this condo! It was centrally located for our activities on Kauai. We loved how close it was to surfing lessons and Poipu Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! Dianne was a great host! The property was exactly as described in the listing, the beach is perfect for sitting and relaxing and we were able to snorkle daily, we saw so many fish and turtles! The beach chairs and boogie board were such a nice added bonus! We would love to go back!

Fantastic location

We were here for a week to celebrate our 50th anniversary. It was every bit as wonderful as we had hoped for. The condo is very beautiful and cozy. The grounds are breathtaking.

Perfect location

Dianne was so easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location with kids, since the building is close to parking and the pool. Little fish is directly across the street which was also really convenient in the mornings. The beach was close walking distance, and the kids LOVED having the grass area just outside the patio. It was a perfect location for our family. The main bed was really comfortable!

Excellent!

This is a great unit! The location is perfect, the listing is spot on! The AC is definitely much needed and saved us this week, couldn’t imagine not having it. The owner is very responsive and answers all your questions quickly. Thankfully we didn’t have any issues . Only suggestions would be to make sure you ask for the bedding for the air bed at check in if you plan on using both the sofa bed and the air mattress as there is only bedding for 1 in the unit. Also , maybe ear plugs if there are people in the unit above you. Guests checked in the last couple nights of our stay and were extremely loud. Like vacuuming at 11pm and sounded like moving furniture across the floor each night. Otherwise the majority of our trip was very quiet! We would most definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo and property

Great condo and property. Great response time with the property owner. The 3 stars for the check in process was due to some miss communication on the large “check out” cleaning fee that is due at arrival. But the owner was responsive and handled it well. Would recommend this location and we would stay there again!

Exactly as described/pictured

Great place for a couple! Max 5min walk to the beach, recommend waking up for the sunrise and walking towards Poipu Beach - we saw elephant seals and a giant turtle! King bed was comfy as was the living room furniture for when you want to be lazy. Also super convenient shops across the street, general store and restaurants and little fish across the street for yummy/quick breakfast. Overall would recommend and stay again!

Beautiful location and nice, clean unit. Beware of loud roosters early in the morning

We love the plantation vibe here. This unit is so nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach as well. The owner is also easy to communicate with. However, I have a couple of suggestions: inquire about how much the cleaning fee is that you will pay upon check-in. Also, plan on being awoken between 3 and 4 AM by the incredibly loud roosters outside the unit. The bed was quite comfortable and we slept very well, but the roosters were so loud that I would suggest that you bring earplugs if that kind of thing bothers you. We were up very early every morning.

good location

The bed/matress was excellent for my bad back. The beach supplies were first rate. All four burners on the top of the stove did not work and the fan in the fridge was very noisy and ran most of the time. We stayed 17 days and upon arrival the condo had many spiders and cockroaches...it took two cans of raid and a visit from the exterminator to fix the problem. The last 10 days of our stay was bug free and the management was helpful in solving the problem. That said I would stay here again.

We had access to everything we wanted and were within walking distance to the beach. The pool and gym were great. We walked to poipu beach to see the turtles at dusk too which was worth the walk! The grounds were well maintained with great scenery. Everything was clean and the host was very helpful.

My husband and I are from a small town in southeastern Washington called Walla Walla. Our town is located in a beautiful valley that sits at the base of the Blue Mountains. We love spending time at our cabin up in the Blues almost as much as our time on Kauai.

We first visited the Kiahuna Plantation about 25 years ago and instantly fell in love! Right then we made it our dream to eventually own a condo here when we retired and prayed it would come true. The spacious grounds are so beautifully landscaped with the plantation style buildings nicely spaced with lots of green areas.
