- Rental agreement required

- Photo ID + copy of ID required for reservation confirmation

- Primary renters must be 25+

- No smoking or vaping

- No pets

- No fireworks, campers, tents, RV's or parties. No exceptions.

- Boat hoist is not available (owner’s boat remains in hoist)

- Mooring anchor provided for renter use

- Central air conditioning available on the main floor only

- Check-in: 3:00 PM

- Check-out: 9:00 AM

- Waterfront property—children should be supervised at all times
