Este condominio de propiedad personal es como estar en casa lejos de casa. Está completamente equipado con ropa de cama, toallas, toallas y sillas de playa, sombrillas y una cocina con todo lo que necesita, desde utensilios de cocina, utensilios, lavavajillas, cafetera y más. No water pressure what so ever had to wait 20 min for water to build back up between people, elevators sucked! Kinda had a smell to the room, beds were comfortable besides the twin bed was hard as a rock. Couldn’t flush toilets every time you used it because water was constantly running.

The condo was very clean and comfortable as well as very convenient to the beach, pool, and restaurants. Nice view off the balcony too.

Great condo, fabulous views!

The condo was clean and spacious for our family of five! It was stocked with plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen supplies! Communication with the owner was wonderful for check in and check out and other questions! Highly recommend and will look for availability here when we return to PCB!!

The condo was nice and just as advertised. There were a couple of hiccups but nothing the owner didn't handle right away. I would stay here again!

Excellent Beach Stay

This condo was everything the owners said it would be and more. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was easy to communicate with by phone or text and checkin was a breeze. Very close to activities and restaurants. This condo was perfect for our family vacation/baseball trip!

Great condo

Great condo, good location and great communication with owners. Everything you could need including beach chairs and towels… We were very comfortable here. Parking garage a little frustrating but nothing to be deterred by. Bring all your own condiments!

Great beach access and great location

We really liked the location and parking was super convenient. Close to everything you need. Beach was beautiful with easy access. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. We walked to the pier to watch the sunset.

Beautiful condo

We absolutely loved our stay here. Condo was as good or better than expected. The pics on here don’t do it justice. Beautiful home away from home. Dawn was great with the check in process and communicating before our arrival. Would definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to come back again.

We enjoyed your condo. The beds were very comfortable and the living area cozy. The nook in the middle was a sweet place for a nap or place to read quietly. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the bar area.

Successful Girl's Weekend in Panama City Beach

This condo is perfect for your Panama City Beach getaway. The condo is not directly oceanfront; however, you do have ocean views from the large patio. The condo is located right off of the elevator, so traversing in and out is a lot less difficult, especially when unloading and loading your car. One con about the condo is the elevators…there are four total, but you will be waiting every time you use them. There are a lot of people using the elevators, especially at peak times throughout the day…so be prepared to wait. The condo itself is very well put together. There are two bedrooms, and one bed in a “nook” in the hallway. We used all three spaces and were very comfortable (four adult women). The kitchen is well-equipped; however, you will need to bring all of your own condiments for food. There is not a blender either (thankfully we brought ours). There are televisions with Netflix capabilities, but we were never inside long enough to use it. As far as the amenities are concerned, we really enjoyed the pool in our building, which also offered great ocean/beach views because it is situated a few floors from the ground level. To get to the beach, there is a crossover ramp that you take to get across the street and into the other condo building. Take the elevator to the first floor and you are at the beach. There are beach chairs and beach towels provided in the condo, so less to bring with you from home. As far as the location is concerned, this condo is perfectly situated between all of the action, and far enough away from it that you will not hear any noise at night (except for the street noise, because the tourists like to blast their car stereos). We really enjoyed Pier Park, which is an outdoor mall with a few good food options. There are also plenty of beach bars along the main road, but when we were there, every place had about a two-hour wait…so plan accordingly if you are going to be there during the summer months. You are about a mile away from a Publix for grocery shopping, and there are plenty of beach shops around you for souvenirs or beach essentials. Overall, this condo offers everything that you need for a great vacation. The owner is VERY responsive and was extremely helpful from before our stay until the end. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again while in Panama City Beach.

As advertised

My family and I enjoyed my stay at this condo. The photos and the description were true to how this place was described. It was pretty roomy for the 5 of us and the beach was really easy to access. The only cons I can think of are that the washer was a bit tricky to use even following instructions and we weren't able to check in when we arrived in the evening (had to wait till the following morning). Neither of these were big issues, though. Our upstairs neighbors were really noisy one late night, but this isn't something the condo owners can control. The condo has a good view of the beach. The stay was comfortable, and we had close access to the beach and these two things were features most important to us, so, success!

Amazing

Everything is exactly as advertised. The decorations are so cute and the beds are so comfortable. Dawn was very quick to return messages, she called me to make sure I had received the access code, and even checked in with me during the trip to make sure I didn’t need anything. This is a great place to stay and I would love to come back soon!
